I hired Serrano’s to clean our ranch house on Roberts Island. This house was last cleaned in 2008. The water is full of iron and it stains the toilets, sinks and bathtubs with a rusty brown color. They used a liquid cleaner that removed all the brown stain on the sinks and tile. They removed four loads of junk. This is a very honest company and there is no other company that will clean like Serrano’s. Excellent job and I will be using them. They show up to work!

Cleaning my house after moving out for new owners. They did a great job. They were thorough. Rebecca and Esther were on the job and worked hard. They were friendly and accommodating.

Low standards of cleaning and very unprofessional customer service. They broke the blinds and said “they must’ve been broken before the cleaners got there” in a brand new apartment.

Horrible, unprofessional service. Put dirty dishes in moving boxes and tried to hide them in bags with my children's belongings. I also specifically asked not to put any food in moving boxes but they did anyways. They broke my Christmas ornaments and did not attempt to organize anything at all. Then when I called to complain understandably upset they refused to take any responsibility for poor service, blamed me for not “clarifying” that I did not want dirty dishes packed with my children's belongings. The manager on-site even yelled at me over the phone because I was upset, she was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.

THEY ARE GREAT. COURTESY, AND EFFICIENT. THEY COME OVER, AND DO THEIR THO G, AND LEAVE MY HOME IMACULATE. MOST DEFENTLY RECOMMEND.

We have been using Serrano’s Services for years for both our home and business. The owners and staff are amazing, always accommodating our needs, whether we have to cancel last minute for personal reasons or call them on short notice to look our best for a family function. We highly recommend them and have referred them to many family members and friends!
