Juan and Rafa are great people. They have a lot of knowledge in what they do and helped tremendously I recommend working with them to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience! Rafael was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He arrived on time, thoroughly evaluated the issue, and clearly explained what was going on in a way that made sense.

What really stood out was how quickly he was able to identify the problem and provide the fix. There was no upselling or unnecessary work — just honest, knowledgeable service and an efficient fix.

C & S is dependable, skilled, and truly cares about their customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

Samuel make me feel extremely comfortable about the entire process. He explained what would happen, and educated me throughout everything. He was transparent and I felt good about the repair during and after. I will definitely call J&J again, and will request Samuel Hassan.

Great service. Same day in heat wave. Samuel H was great came early knew right away what needed to be replaced, fixed and happy cold air again, very professional. Very nice.

After having only 1 year, we have had several leaks and problems due to shoddy installation and cheap pipes/materials they use! Plus, they want to charge $89 every time they come out to repair!!! HORRIBLE-I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Joseph was the last technician that has come out to our house even including a new AC unit on the roof that has explained everything to us thoroughly. For the first time our vents are blowing hot air this winter. Even with the new unit by another company they did not work like this. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend J&J services to anyone who ask us where we got our service.

Our technician Joseph was very professional and very helpful. He fixed all the issues we had and he addressed certain things that was beyond what we hired him for. He’s always on time and have a very pleasant and caring demeanor in him. Overall it was a great experience.

J&J are true servant business people. I asked two of the big companies in town to look at my HVAC and both of them escalated the inspection from a leak to a full parts repair to a full replacement for to no available parts. J&J came out and refilled the coolant and we are set! They were honest. Not something the others were willing to be. Word to the wise - the little guys don't usually work scams because they live near and have relationships. THANK YOU SAM AND J & J !!!!

This was the worst company I have ever used. They lied to me overcharged me and made up what was wrong with it And threatened me. I am calling the news and contractors board and everyone I know I do not have you confused. Just because I am an elderly woman does not mean I am ignorant or forgetful. Your employee threatened me to pay him additional money. I would like to be refunded and an apology. Sue Fuller

Justin Long was the technician who responded to the service call and was very courteous and quick to resolve my hvac issue. He was honest regarding my hvac condition and offered several options to keep the system running properly in the long run. I will definitely use the company for all future needs.

Joseph arrived and went straight to work on our heating problem. Although it was a quick fix he stayed and checked everything and answered all my questions. He even helped me find better filters and explained the merv rating of the filters for to help with my pet loving household. Thank you J&J and Joseph, Great Service.

J&J was one of the best experiences! Being a new homeowner I needed a new water heater. Not knowing anything about water heaters and not having hot water for 4 days was extremely stressful. Once I found J&J the stress went away. They are very professional and know their craft! J&J are not intimidating to talk to and offer honest feedback about the options you have. They are not pushy and let you make the decision and they try and save you money. Very glad I found them and they are my go to for heating, air, and my water heater! Thank you J&J team!

When one of my tenants AC stopped working I contacted J&J Services for help. Withing a half an hour of submitting a service request online I received a call to setup an appointment. Everybody I spoke with were real professional and courteous. The technician was on time and had my AC issues solved swiftly. He also explained what was wrong in detail and my options for repair. I will definitely be calling them back.

I felt compelled to comment on the Pride and Quality of Workmanship all of Your Service Technicians have provided for Us. Each of them were Courteous, Respectful, and Professional. Because of this, J & J Services is always going to be the first one’s we call.

I wanted to add another comment about J & J Services. Sophia called me before our scheduled Service appointment to reschedule it for a later date. I felt that this was very thoughtful of her. Because we have done business with other companies in the past who didn’t provide this courtesy, and were NO SHOWS. We were also notified that our Technician Rosario was on his way to our home. Rosario has been to our home on numerous Service Calls. When I hear his name, I know that he is someone that I can trust. It is because of that trust, we followed his advice and had our ductwork and blower cleaned. We noticed the difference immediately. This also applies to all of the other Technicians who have done work at our home at one time or another.

Technician Rashad was on time, friendly and took time to explain the system in depth. Performed a detailed maintenance and followed up with everything he did when he was finished. Will definitely be using them for all maintenance in the future and first to call for any repairs.

Extremely satisfied with my experience! Resolved my issue just as we discussed with no pressure to upgrade. They offered me information on what was available (as any company would) and respectfully acknowledged when I declined.

I want to compliment Kim for her patience and ability to answer my questions concisely. I also want to compliment the Technician Edward Strauther on his professionalism and excellent customer service throughout his visit. I can say that he gave me a tremendously positive impression of the company. J & J went the extra mile! They sent out highly professional installers and followed up from the office to ensure we were 100% satisfied. One question prompted a re-visit and clarifications and pictures to ensure us the work they did was complete and that the remaining issues were on the home builder. The worked to make sure the problem was resolved. I would recommend then everyday & twice on Sunday.

I didn't realize the damage that could be done by not changing my filter on a regular basis Justin was honest and attentive to any question and concerns I had. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way I was able to understand. Justin was very polite and respectful, I highly recommend him. Thank you Justin at J&J services.

Rosario come out today due to an A/C issue and he was absolutely fantastic! He called before hand to let me know when he should be arriving, and was right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
J & J clearly cares about who they hire and is lucky to have Rosario on their team. I will definitely request the they send him for all of my future needs.
