Their repairman Murray came out last night and was able to restore the hot water service to our building. He was knowledgeable, polite and was able to respond quickly to our needs. He is an excellent representative of the company.

Pacific Energy Service is the best! Great customer service and so responsive. They explained everything that was happening with my boiler and how they would send someone out to fix it. That same day a technician came out and fixed it under an hour! Loved my experience here and is the only company I would recommend to anyone!!

Definitely the best ! My technician was very fast very professional since day one , JON he shows the dedication he has for his job . We had an extremely mayor issue with boiler and heating system , at a big building , after different plumbers and workers doing one thing and another without resolving the issue for days , bingo we finally contacted the right one what took others days took Jon only a few hrs after nearly ten days of no hot water he brought us back to life ! Yayy warm showers ,

As a commercial investor I have used various companies. This company operates differently to others and uses their discretion to genuinely help their customers rather than deny claims. Impressive in this money-grabbing era!

This company does great technician service but their back office work is completely disorganized. Our management company has confirmed billing setup, yet every time service is sent out to us they indicate that our company is setup for COD service and ask for a credit card payment. It then requires multiple phone calls to the office in order for them to inform the tech that we are setup for billing. The last time our it happened again and I was charged. We are one of the largest management companies in Burbank and Glendale and other surrounding areas and afternoon only 2 months of use, we are already exploring other options.

Tony was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained what our options were. After we decided what was best for us, they completed the repairs in a timely manner. I highly recommend Tony and Pacific Energy Service.

In this day in age, it’s not easy to find people who take pride in their work. Mauricio was my technician and he was great! He was professional, efficient and I was very impressed with how he insulated the pipes after he replaced them. Tony was great! He came within the hour and fixed our hot water issue in less than 15 minutes. It was also really helpful that he explained everything to us and was so friendly. I would have put all 5 stars but the whole reason Tony had to come out was to turn on the shut off valve because his colleague had forgotten to turn it back on after a maintenance check earlier in the day...oh and his colleague showed up three days late for a scheduled maintenance check.

I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Energy and especially Joe. We have been using them for several years, and their emergency response time even on a holiday is incredible. Always reliable and on time, Pacific Energy saved me twice on Christmas day once and this year for 4th of July when hot water went out and I was facing very upset tenants on a holiday. Joe is the technician who has come to the rescue. Always professional, and willing to put all his efforts into solving the problem. He is amazing! Jasmin Morales was extremely friendly and knowledgeable plus very helpful!! She made sure all my hot water problems were taken care of and made sure someone was at my door ASAP!
