I started with pacific energy with my Raypak unit and also, Have semi annual maintenance on 100 gallon and 75 gallon hot water water heaters. Technician Joe just completed service and was timely, Explained why clearly for me to understand. Always had great service for last 15 years.

We had a power failure and our boiler did not restart up. I called their after hours help line. Tony called me back within 30 minutes.
He said he would come and check the problem. He showed up and fix the problem within an hour. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the solution.
He left us with hot water. Great service. Tony is the best.

As a property manager we are always looking for a company that responds quickly and get things done the right way, the first time. Pacific Energy has always serviced my buildings with professionalism and a thorough knowledge of what they need to do. I highly recommend the service tech Joe, he is outstanding and I am always pleased when he is sent out to one of my buildings.

I called to schedule maintenance for our boiler. We were verbally given a price for repairs. I requested this information in writing. I was told I would receive a email later the same day. I scheduled the repairs for Friday morning 2/26/2021. NO ONE SHOWED UP to complete the repairs. The estimate I received from Russell Thomas was a few hundred dollars more than what I was given by the technician. I asked Russell if he could check with the technician and see if he added any optional repairs or just what needed to be repaired. Russell Thomas replied "NO! You need all the repairs on the estimate. I'm NOT going to go back and forth with you. I can NOT help you. You have to talk with Tom the owner." For asking a reasonable question I was yelled at by Russell, he was belligerent The service I received was disgusting. I didn't hear back from Tom, the owner until after this review was posted. This company doesn't care about their customers at all, they will charge your credit card and disappear. One thing was clear after speaking with Tom, he cares greatly for his employees. It was difficult for him to relate to my experience with his company. He raved about his employee and offered me a refund. Instead of resolving the problem or explaining what happened with the written estimate, he decides to do nothing. I called Pacific Energy Service for work on my boiler. I'm walking away WITH NOTHING DONE. Clearly, what I as the customer needed was irrelevant to the owner and staff.

These guys are great and always address our emergencies efficiently. We’ve used them many times over the years to service our Raypak boilers and they are always prepared to make repairs onsite. Hot water was restored same day. Professional and courteous, no hidden fees

We use Pacific Energy for our condo’s water boiler service. We have a maintenance package and they always do a great job of scheduling, arriving promptly and maintaining great communication throughout the visit. They take the time to explain everything. Their services have been excellent.

Wow! Truly cannot express my gratitude for Pacific Energy Service. So thankful I found them. They have been so professional, helpful, friendly and responsive. They have helped us at our apartment building now many times and we just renewed our maintenance contract. They took a terrible situation that we were left with by a "Company that shall not be named". They came out in terribly rainy, cold and windy weather (both times on weekends) and resolved the issues immediately. I feel confident that after we have the balance of the work done I will be able to rest easy, and that our tenants will not be left without hot water ever again. pacific energy service is by far the most reliable, professional and prompt water boiler service company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I sleep better at night knowing they can service the water boiler.

They were very professional, was on time and was able to give me a quote the same day.

Pacific Energy is the only boiler vendor that we use nowadays after trying the rest. We called them in a pinch late in the afternoon because there was no hot water to an entire condominium building and they were there within two hours and got the problem fixed and everybody’s happy. I’ve had the pleasure to have pacific energy service my buildings needs for multiple years. They have always been very helpful in dealing with the multiple problems I’ve dealt with. They have also been reasonable with their prices.

Probably the least 'sexy' kind of service to review at Christmastime - but hey-

... when a forefront specialist in the subspecialty of HOT WATER HEATERS and the delicate balance of plumbing around it necessary to have a proper hot shower / bath actually goes OUT OF HIS WAY to ensure you have a 'happy holiday' -

THAT deserves a special shout out!

Our building (and our now-thankfully FORMER management, LBPM) had hired not one, but 5 DIFFERENT PLUMBERS to fix an ongoing issue where some of the condos in our building had consistent hot water,.. while others would run hot for about a minute, then turn ice cold.

I had pleased for us to hire on TOM and JOHN and this wonderful company - as 9 years ago they'd resolved a similar mystery and had even UNDERCHARGED what the market would bear - just out of compassion for the fact we'd already spent so much.

Finally - Christmas week (and a rainy, cold one at that!) - we got them to schedule TOM and his company to come out and analyze - but due to a gaffe in the AI communication, had mistakenly scheduled it on a SUNDAY (when they only work serious 911's). When TOM realized the mistake, he SO GENEROUSLY re-routed his whole schedule, knowing that homeowners had stayed home due to the mistake - and STILL showed up to give a quick, expert assessment.

Sure enough - he found what all the other 5 PLUMBERS had not - a missing gasket and some improper sound remediation hindering the proper flow and temperature distribution.

Within 4 hours he sent over the assessment and proposal for repair - and within half a day, BAM! He and his team had repaired everything beyond satisfaction.

There's SO MANY reasons for high-demand companies NOT to go out of their way, these days.... so when someone marvelous like TOM and his GM JOHN make such effort to care... it's all the more reason to hop on the internet and praise them.

WHATEVER your home heating and cooling system might need - THIS should be your FIRST CALL. If they can fix it, they'll tell you. If they cannot - they're honorable and don't waste your time.

Pacific Energy is always prompt and professional. We have been using their services for years and they have never let us down. From the scheduling to the actual services and repairs, they always come through. Just today we had an issue the boiler, and they came out quickly, repaired and got us our hot water back right in time for the holiday.
Robert, our technician is always so prompt and helpful. He explains things and makes sure we are clear on everything they are doing and what the cots entail. Pricing is always reasonable too!

Called PACIFIC ENERGY SERVICE for no hot water in our 62 unit building.
These guys were amazing. I highly recommend them. The Technician came here sooner than expected ( which I was happy about) The gentlemen Rob was very knowledgeable. As soon as he saw our boiler he knew what was the issue. No tools needed only experience. Very well educated in his field. Answered all our questions.
He helped us assess and work out the problem. Later I had 2 other Techs come to inspect everything and they were great, too.
They explained various ways to avoid our problem and walked us through a couple of solutions, very thorough.
Very professional guys.
We will definitely be calling them again.
