One of the worst, most unprofessional contractors I've had to deal with. In the beginning of the year we had a quote done and by April we were told they sent out an application for a permit to remove a overgrown tree in front of our mothers home. Over six months with no update and we find out they didn't send out anything.

We had a small and easy job to be done in front of our house. The Tree Team came up with the correct estimate. However, their man did not do it right. The estimator refused to accept our complaints, so we'll hired a different contractor to do it. Very disappointing.

Gave me honest advice instead of trying to sell his service, which I very much appreciated. A rare find these days.

I called Kelly up pretty worried about a huge redwood overgrown in my back yard. He came over the next day and assured me that it was a quick fix. Couple days later, Redwood's out thanks to his crew and I'm more than satisfied with the crew's clean up and attention to detail. Kelly's the way to go.
