I like that Optimum is a local business and family run.
The owner, Christian, is a very professional, trustworthy, decent human being who truly cares about his customers, the quality of workmanship and reliability on appointments.
I’ve been using his services for some time now and everything has been seamless, clean and well taken care of.
I used to do all the chemicals myself but realized this is a job for professionals who know what they’re doing.

Optimum has kept our pool clean and looking great for years. When the pool pump died, they were able to recommend and quickly install a new one right away.

I found this company by reading many reviews and calling multiple places for quotes. The whole experience with DWES was great! Daryl quoted me half what the other guys were charging, had availability that worked for me, was on time, super professional, overall did a great job. I will be using him again, I cannot recommend highly enough!

I opted for some area rug and carpet cleaning from DWES enterprise. He was really friendly and professional when scheduling the appointment, showed up on time and did a great job cleaning our rugs and carpet. We had forgotten the original colors of our rugs, the cleaning process did wonders for us. No more smelly/stained carpets and rugs. Would highly recommend this business.

Responsive via his website, which is great BTW and why we elected to go with him since he has so many videos of him in action. Great price, was super curteous, made a massive difference in the carpets (we have pets). All of them looked like new. His van is emmaculate which tells you allot about Darryl, he produces amazing results at a competitive price.

He is also a local small business owner, we need more like him and less of the big brands/chains taking over. High standards and customer services always come from the SMB in our backyard.

We will be bring him back to help is summer with more cleaning.

10/28/21 - Needed a studio cleaned for new tenant. Darryl responded in under an hour and was able to swing by later that day for an estimate. His team did an excellent job and I am extremely satisfied.

I will be definitely using DWES in the future and recommending DWES to anyone needing cleaning servies in the bay area.

DWES service was really professional from start to finish. Darryl asked all the relevant questions both our property and the service needed and showed up on time. We got messages to alert us of timings. He helped to move things around and went room to room and cleaned really well. Would def recommend.

Darryl was very professional from the start. I had originally scheduled a deep clean with another company and they NEVER Showed up! Darryl came to save the day. He even texted me when he was on his way. The price was very reasonable considering he was coming from Redwood City. Our carpet had a a lot of pet stains (I know gross 🤮) but it looks amazing now!! We’re very happy with our cleaning. Would definitely recommend DWES to our friends.

Darryl did an incredible job cleaning two large (8x10) area rugs for us. He clearly demonstrated his expertise (even catching a mislabeled fabric on one rug), recommending the best solution for our urine-stained rugs (pet sitter gone wrong!). He was on-time, communicative, and accommodating for a very quick turnaround on the cleaning. I would HIGHLY recommend his services!

DWES has been cleaning my carpet for 2 years now. The quality of service is exceptional!! They go above and beyond to make sure the carpet is clean, and this is important for me because I have two toddler boys and they know how to make a mess. DWES takes pride in his work and it shows, great communication and and excellent client service at every touch point :)

Darryl did a GREAT job cleaning our house and carpet. We made an appt on his website Friday night and he responded within minutes and was able to come the next morning. Excellent customer service and great results! Highly recommend.

I have used the big guys such as Coit, for carpet, rug, and furniture cleaning, and it was hit or miss. Darryl has been consistent, professional, on time, and has done a great job year in and year out. Our five-year-old carpet still looks like new under his care!

We used DWES to clean a large area of travertine tile in our entry and throughout our house, as well as to clean our master bath shower. We had ground-in dirt in the grout as well as in the natural stone. Darryl showed up on time and communicated well throughout the process of giving us a bid and doing the actual work. He was very thorough and professional, and we are extremely pleased with the results.

• 03/01/2022 Move Out Cleaning

Based on the great job DWES had done for me in the past on a sofa and carpet cleaning and my fathers move-in cleaning, I reached back out to the team for my end-of-lease move out cleaning in San Mateo.

DWES had two team members dedicated to my move out cleaning which lasted from 9am-3pm. The team was prompt to the 9am arrival and immediately started getting to work tackling the 3 Bed / 2 Bath 1350sqft.

When the team was completed, the house was 100% ready for my final walkthrough with my landlord and they were very happy with the status of the house and overall cleanliness.

Darryl also stopped by to check in on the work & team even though I was not having my carpets cleaned this time; instead, Darryl helped arrange carpet replacement with my landlord and had his carpet partner rip out all the carpet during the cleaning window, so Darryl was also checking in on that process and validating I was satisfied.

The entire team from the carpet partner to the cleaning crew was amazing, prompt and delivered a great result for myself and my landlord. DWES’ contact stays in my phone and I will definitely be using his services again.

• September 2021 Home Purchase Move-In Cleaning:

My father and I purchased a house in Sacramento and we’re looking for a move-in cleaning since the previous owner did a very mediocre move out cleaning with another company, so I reached out to Darryl to see if he had a trusted partner Sacramento that I may be able to contact thinking it was a bit too far from his service range in the Bay Area. Turns out, Darryl has relatives in Sacramento so he was more than happy to take the job with his team especially given I had a bit of a lead time based on closing date, and he had a chance to see his relatives.

The team rocked the inside of the house, getting all the detail specific work that was missed by the original owners cleaning (especially the ceiling fans, window blinds, and a much deeper cleaning on the bathrooms and kitchen in general, which were left pretty rough). Darryl even power washed the stamped concrete around the pool to bring it back to life for us.

My dad and myself were very happy with the end result.
