I am a repeat customer of DWES Enterprise. Darryl cleans the common areas of my apartment building (a lot of foot traffic and spills). Dirt, grease, grime and stains before and beautiful clean blue carpet after. Thank you, Darryl!

First time hiring Daryl, to do some carpet cleaning at our place. He arrives on time, organized and did a wonderful job. We are still waiting for the carpet to dry to see. I will update the review later. He is professional and kind.

Darryl was amazing. Very nice and professional, fairly priced, on time, and efficient. My commercial carpet was really dirty and he did a great job getting it clean. Also came after hours so I didn't have to interrupt my business. Definitely recommend.

Darryl cleaned my carpets yesterday. They were pretty bad, but his results were terrific. He was very professional, on time, good communication about when he would arrive. He had given me a quote over the phone, and that's what he charged. No surprises, just an excellent job. I recommend him and will hire him again.

Darryl did an outstanding job for us. He got a nail polish stain out of our runner, deep cleaned our rugs and staircase wool runner, and power sprayed our brick outside. He was thorough and professional. Will definitely be using DWES again in the future for more cleaning projects. Highly recommend!

Darryl did a great job! Couldn't be happier. Fast, reasonably priced and same day service. Between family and a dog, our 12 year old off white carpet definitely needed a good cleaning. Looks brand new now. Darryl is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We will definitely be calling DWES again.

Our condo use this service. I am one of the owner of the property. I have to run hurry up for a meeting and the DWES enterprise car parked right in front of my driveway. I wait a few minutes and nobody really move it. Then I call the num on the car several times, nobody reply. Txt the message, nobody reply.

Finally, someone come to move the car, I told the guy he shouldn't block the way, and I am late for my meeting due to his blocking, there are many public parking places.

I am so surprised how rude the service man is. He said, he won't move to public parking and if you are unsatisfied, please call 911. I finally got moved away, but this service is really rude and get people very upset.

I finally called 911 and because I am not sure the guy is still there or not, the police asked me to stay there if this situation happens again. (photo is showing their service car is right block our driveway, but refuse to move to public parking place)

So depending on their attitude and how bad they treat people, for sure, I won't suggest his service.

Darryl came out for carpet cleaning and tile. He came to the house to look over the job and gave me a reasonable (but not the lowest) quote. He was here promptly on our scheduled time and did a great job with the carpets and tile. My white grout actually looks white and not black anymore! The next day several stains appeared in one of the carpets he cleaned. He came out the next day, treated the stains (old animal urine) and cleaned it right up. Very thorough and professional. Would recommend!

Darryl did an outstanding job. He was responsive when booking, arrived on time, and successfully removed a good number of stains. Carpet looks brand new! 10/10 would call again.

Darryl was great. he came prepared with specialized equipment. he did not rush through any stage and took his time in spots that needed extra attention. He explained everything that he was doing. On a personal level he was a very nice guy. and that's important when you are allowing a stranger into your home to do some work.
