DWES is the best to work with! Darryl is patient and understanding. His attention to detail is what makes him stand apart from the rest. Our restaurant receives over 200 people almost 6 days a week. You can imagine how much traffic and abuse our carpet receives...Darryl always bring it back to life as if new! Don't use anybody else!

Out of 5 vendors I had shortlisted, I picked DWES for steam cleaning my carpet. I spoke to Darryl about their standard of service in detail. He arrived on time and did a great job of bringing the carpet back to a uniform color through out. Carpet dried within 24 hours. He delivered everything he said he would do. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Mr. Eduardo, since he was not careful when asking about the location of the apartment and didn't clean it because it is on the third floor. He didn't have a portable machine. Unprofessional.
