Wonderful experience - similar to others, Max was very communicative, great pick-up and drop off service. Most importantly, our rugs had a natural odor to them (brought back from Morocco) and Max worked with us to ensure the rugs came back with no more 'odor' and looking beautiful! Definitely will use their services again and highly recommend them!

Thank you for rescuing my Afghan tribal rug which was covered in mold after a drain backed up. I put the rug in the sun to dry, then called Zoom Rugs. The pickup was prompt and friendly. Sharma knew all about my rug, and brought it back renewed for a very reasonable price. Great service.

I hired Zoom to clean an 8' runner and two door mats I use in the kichen area. They receive heavy foot traffic and were dingy. Max picked up the items on time and returned them on schedule. The rugs were beautifully cleaned. He helped me select the right rug pad. The results were excellent! I wouldn't hesitate to trust any of my rugs to Zoom. Max also spent time showing me a few samples of rugs I could use in the bedroom hallway. He shared many great ideas.

I had a great experience with Zoom Rugs! I sent in 3 ivory rugs, one of which was heavily stained and even had an old tea stain right in the middle. The Zoom Rug team managed to remove all the stains except the tea stain, though after 2 washings even that has faded considerably. The process took the estimated 2 weeks, and communication with Max was great throughout. The rugs were picked up and dropped off directly from our house, and both times the team was friendly and respectful. Overall the experience was extremely convenient, and I’d definitely use their services again.

Zoom rugs are fantastic!! They picked up my rug, and made it look brand new again then delivered it back, I would definitely recommend them to anybody, the price is very fair and their staff is very nice! Thank you zoom! 🙂

I contacted Zoom rugs needing a quick pick up and turn around time. They came right away and I had my rugs back cleaned and repaired very quickly. I had 4 rugs for cleaning and two rugs that needed repairs. All of the stains came out of the wool rugs, amd there was absolutely no cleaning or fragrance odor.

They had prompt customer service and they were very an accommodating . G Sharma was super attentive and a sweet person who I felt totally comfortable with in my home.

The repairs were done well. They repaired the corner of a small oriental, and did leather edging and repairs from damage to the edge of the rug and added fringe on a family heirloom oriental. They even were accommodating when I changed my mind about how long I wanted the fringe on one of my rugs.

I totally recommend Zoom rugs for prompt friendly service, great over all experience and good pricing!

The service is true to the word. Super impressed and happy with the cleaning of my handmade, large sized Persian rug with wool and silk threads. The rug looks super clean and with all the dirt and filth gone, it looks like a new color! There's a new shine and the area looks brighter. I actually got a total of 5 pieces cleaned and will highly recommend. Prices are reasonable and competitive to current market rates.
