Carlos just completed a carpet cleaning job for me. From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with and excellent at what he does. He is a good communicator responding to texts and calls promptly. His pricing is fair. He is on time. He goes above and beyond offering to help move furniture back. I would hire Carlos again for his great service!

Today was the day I saw the light bright in my home , this well trained repairman arrived to clean my rug area and the tiles , let me tell you I was more than satisfied. Scam. The $40 per room went to $50. If you wanted shampoo $100. Deep clean $150. The carpet was so wet it squished and was still not dry 28 hours later. I don't think he used the shampoo he charged me for but can't prove that. The urine stain I specifically needed cleaned still shows under a blacklight. What a rip off. Oh! And if you complain they say they'll come back... another $49!

fantastic service and top-notch customer service! i reached out to get someone to come over for carpet cleaning. they were flexible and managed to fit into my schedule. they promised to be here at 11:00 am, and sure enough, they arrived at exactly 11:00 am. randall and stanley were extremely pleasant. the in-person quote was the same as what was discussed over the phone, and they did an outstanding job sprucing up my carpet and area rug. i'm on the top floor, and they were efficient, completing the job quickly. i'll certainly use warriors carpet cleaning again and i highly recommend them over any big chain. support local businesses. 5 stars!

the technician, let's call him stanley, was exceptional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. he immediately got to work and did a fantastic job. our carpets have seen better days, but we're not quite ready to make replacements. stanley at warriors carpet cleaning managed to extract years of dirt from them, breathing new life into our old carpets until we decide on the next step. it's safe to say, he did an outstanding job in sunnyvale!

Additionally, they cleaned one of the small sofas. Despite finishing the job swiftly, they did an impressive job. our carpets look fantastic and were nearly dry when they were done. 24 hours later, i'll be rearranging everything back to its place. i'm a stickler for detail (just ask my spouse!) so if i'm satisfied, you'll definitely be too! i strongly endorse them.
