My upstairs carpet was a mess after dealing with an elderly dog with "peeing wherever it wants" issues. Sadly, my dog has passed and it was time to address getting the carpet cleaned before my relatives arrive at the end of the month. Carlos and his assistant Alex came and did an awesome job getting the pee, dirt, and grime out of my carpet---something that was long overdue. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very polite and easy to communicate with. My carpet looked 100% better than it did previously. It was well worth the very reasonable cost.

Carlos from Lewis Cleaners South performed a miracle on my mom’s carpet. It had been years since her light-colored carpet had been steam cleaned and was very dark in the high traffic areas. Carlos really gave his effort to that carpet, and I am still amazed at the results: The entire carpet shines again and the traffic marks are essentially gone! Great service and flexible. Carlos was very responsive and flexible with pickup and drop off of our area rug. We had fleas and the chemical residue from the treatment stuck in the rug and was giving our daughter a rash. The cleaning 100% fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!

We had an unexpected and stressful situation when our neighbor's pipes broke, causing water to leak into our fitness facility and flood our turf. Since there are cement slabs under the turf, it took us some time to figure out where the water was coming from. We cleaned a significant amount ourselves but were left with lingering concerns, including a terrible smell from the standing water.

Carlos Chavez is fantastic and doesn’t leave a job until it’s perfect. He’s cleaned pet stains out of our carpets and recently cleaned and sealed slate tile and grout in our hallway that was a really tough job. The hallway looks by far the best that it has since we’ve lived here. Carlos is conscientious and a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work!

Carlos was awesome! We had a leak in the water line of our refrigerator that flooded the kitchen and went into the dining room and also into our family room. I was able to get water out of the kitchen. Carlos came on Monday afternoon and got the carpets in both areas cleaned, removed the padding and left fans to dry everything. He came back on Tuesday with padding and reinstalled the carpet. Very happy with Carlos.
