so far, so great! i got a quick quote for carpet cleaning after sharing some details about my rugs. they even offered a same day pickup in sunnyvale, which was really convenient. they arrived right on time, which i appreciated. when i asked if the rug pads needed to be cleaned, kyle suggested it's better to just vacuum them instead of deep cleaning, since it's not really needed for most pads here in california's warm weather. today they delivered my freshly cleaned rugs, and wow, they look amazing. i didn't realize how much brighter and cleaner they could be! kyle also offered to put the rugs back in place for me, but i wanted to wait and do it with my husband since we got new pads. just so you know, they would have helped lay them down if i wanted. overall, i'm really happy with the service and how professional they were. i think anyone looking for great carpet cleaning in sunnyvale would be satisfied too.

They were on time and thorough. We have white wool carpets that have not been cleaned in two years due to Covid. Their cleaning was far superior to anyone else we have her used in the last 25 years. I will use them again. Additionally, they accidentally broke a light switch cover and volunteered to give me a credit. So, they are honest as well, as hard working

Thorough cleaning, but major safety issue and poor management.

While the cleaning crew themselves did a great job and left my apartment very clean. I had two major issues that prevent me from using this company again.

First, a serious safety oversight occurred: one of the cleaners accidentally turned on my stove dial while wiping it down and left it on. I left for the weekend right after they finished and came home days later to an apartment filled with propane.

Second, dealing with the owner was uncomfortable. They were overly pushy about locking in consistent cleaning schedules and flatly refused to give me $20 in change during payment.

I appreciate the hard work of the cleaners, but the safety risk and management style are major red flags.

I don’t understand how they expect to run a business if they don’t want to communicate with the customer. I wanted only my car trunk cleaned, they started opening car doors without my permission and didn’t stop when I repeatedly asked them to. There was a language barrier but they aren’t willing to pause and listen so we can attempt to use google translate or something.

Initially my partner and I got quotes from quite a few cleaners in our area (Sunnyvale), and the one that stood out the most was Clara Lozano. She was the only one who was very "common sense" in the approach to our needs.

The price is very reasonable and the cleaning services are specifically tailored for us. The two cleaners that come every two weeks are fantastic, and I'm surprised I've never left a review until now (they just arrived moments ago, so I just thought of this).
