I have been using Lupita's House cleaning service and I have been extremely happy with them. They are very thorough and professional! Not only do they do an excellent job of cleaning - but they are very nice and trustworthy people.

We have been using this cleaning service from more than 4 years [except during covid time]. We had used several cleaning services earlier.
With other cleaning services, we had issues with cleaners changing the plans at the last moment [like just before a party or a social gathering] and that had put us in a challenging situation to do all the cleaning ourselves, in many other cases it was difficult to accommodate their new plans as it would not fit in to our plan and had required multiple follow up!

We like Lupita services as they arrive as promised and arrive on date/time.
We use their services 2 times a month for standard cleaning of house. They are professional. They leave the house very clean and shining! From the time we are using the services from them, we dont feel like going back to any other cleaning services. We are very much satisfied and happy with their services. We would definitely recommend this service to others.

Alberto and his family are very kind and friendly people I have ever come across. Currently we use their services to clean the entire house once a month and they are always punctual. The house looks so clean after they finish their work, I’ve gone ahead and recommended them to a bunch of Other friends who are looking for cleaning services! Lupita's family-owned cleaning service is the very best housekeeping service that I have used since I moved to San Jose in 2018. They are a family-owned business and very professional. They did such a good job that I booked them bi-weekly and sent them to my mom's apartment for a once weekly cleaning. They have made my life so much easier!

Exactly what you want out of a rug cleaning business. They took my dirty rug full of cat hair that hadn't been cleaned in 2 years and made it look practically brand new. Good price and service was very fast.

The staff was professional and so helpful. They set expectations of timing and returned the rug cleaner than imagined. A white wool rug with many stains was returned clean and like new with no strong smells from drying and no chemicals. Thank you Zoom!

Prompt, friendly and professional. I had a very large, thick and hairy WHITE wool rug to be cleaned. This rug had suffered four years of abuse at the hands (and paws) of two dogs and a toddler. Zoom Rugs picked the rug up within days of first contact and delivered it back as good as new in about 10 days. The rug was on an upper floor underneath a big couch and they did all of the moving and loading. They also measured and made a rug pad for my big odd sized kitchen runner ... It is awesome! I will definitely use them again!

We had soy sauce and hot sauce stain on our wool carpet, Max came and told us he can have the stain removed. Sure enough, one week later, he brought our carpet back, not just the stain completely gone, the rug was cleaned and it looks like brand new. BTW, the rug is 11 yrs old. We can't be more happier how the rug turned out. Max is friendly and easy to do business with, we will recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Good business owners are hard to come by.

Professional, effective service provided by Zoom Rugs at reasonable cost. Mr. Sharma and his team did a great job cleaning the rug that started looking muddy before.

What a great company for rug cleaning & repair. Sharma & gis team did a marvelous job on repairing my rug & on top of it they did cleaning & repairs In just 9days, Can anyone belive this? I called many rug stores for cleaning & repair & everyone was so expensive & taking forever for cleaning & repair. I vouch for Zolm rugs & Mr Sharma for his wonderful work.
