Grant Bridges, John Wayne Richter and Tyler Branson came from California to assist with the water damage issues due to the pipes bursting in Texas. They were professional, Covid safe - wore masks and answered all of my questions. They made the process so easy for me. I highly recommend ServPro and requesting service from these excellent employees.

We had work done by them in 2017 and had a wonderful experience. We recently called for the documentation of the mold remediation since it was done by our HOA. They were friendly and able to assist very quickly. Patty was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Tyler coordinated and communicated the whole process very well. They minimized the demolition and worked well with the adjuster to make sure we were taken care of and things were done correctly and cleaned at the end of each shift. He was available 24/7 for me to ask questions.

Every person on their team knows their stuff! They are quick to respond and worked well with my insurance. They will only do what is necessary to get the job done. Too often you hear of these restoration companies tearing out walls or finding things to do and insurance denies their work leaving the customer with the bill. I never felt like I was being scammed by this team. I recommend them to everyone I know.
