Truly amazing carpet cleaning service from start to finish. From the first scheduling call to the final walkthrough, my wife and i were very happy with the whole experience. They arrived right on time and even called to ask if they could come a little earlier, which worked out great for us. clarence and kai were polite, skilled, and very hard working throughout the job. They explained the cleaning process in simple terms, checked the carpet condition carefully, and treated the heavy traffic areas and older spots with extra attention. Our carpet looked almost brand new again, felt fresh, and had a much cleaner smell after the steam cleaning. On the follow-up visit, lucas quickly took care of a few stains that came back up and made sure everything looked right before leaving. The whole service felt professional, efficient, and customer focused. It is not easy to find a team that communicates well, works carefully, and takes pride in deep carpet cleaning, but this one really does. I will definitely keep using their carpet cleaning services in Sylmar.

This was one of the worst rip off situations I have been through Number one they are charging for deep steam cleaning and one guy shows up with portable machine to clean my carpets I paid for full steam cleaning with truck mount and got a cheap machine with a cheap guy this company is a fraud and they have a weird system should have kicked the guy out of my house I am going to small claims court he cleaned my carpet and now I have a musty strong chemical smell when I called I asked for a steam cleaning they lied charged me for steam cleaning but showed up with a portable washer and one guy this is ridiculous

Today I had my kitchen tile steam cleaned and the grout sealed. It looks brand new. My repairman Noah was so thoughtful and professional. What a wonderful work and a fantastic price
