They are THE experts in Sylmar, Mission Hills, San Fernando and the surrounding areas who can take care of all of your heating and air conditioning needs. Their extensive knowledge, customer service, and prompt response time makes it easy for me to recommend them to anyone looking to improve their energy efficiency, or simply needing an AC or heating replacement, repair, or maintenance service. Thank you, Dan, Ryan, and the Tri-Cities Best Heating and Air team for being so easy and pleasant to work with!

Ryan came out and looked over my current system and gave me an honest assessment about what I needed. He talked about the other qoutes I received and he gave me his opinion on each item. I say 'honest' because I never felt he was trying to up sell me or get me to buy something that didn't fit my needs.

A few days later Abraham and his crew came over to start the replacement; it took them 2 days to finish the job (the other two HVAC companies suggested 3 days). They respected my home by making sure to clean up at the end of each day and by placing floor coverings over everything. Abraham answered all my questions I had during the instrall and was very friendly.

Ryan came over at the end and we walked through the install. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to maximize my new HVAC's performance.

I will be recommending Tri-Cities to my friends.

My family and I live in Palmdale. We used tri cities best for hvac. Best service I’ve ever had. They replaced our non working system. Dan is awesome!!

I found the individuals who responded to my urgent need to address a freon leak in attic, which we were not aware was occurring. The leak led to my husband breathing in freon from a section of our home. Due to his many medical conditions, he went into respiratory difficulty which resulted in his being sent to ER & then admitted. Patrick responded quickly to my anxiety and concerns while reassuring me that they would take care of everything. Tri-Cities assessed the issues, ordered a complete system & came the next day. After 8 hours of heavy work, we have a new system which includes a negative pressure ionizer. The people working on the replacement were diligent and even thoroughly cleaned up after install in the attic. Then spent time with me to learn the new thermostat and phone app.
After all that work, maintenance was done on our 2nd unit to ensure it was "healthy".
I praise the team that worked on pur units. I also thank the fact Patrick was available and did some "hand holding" to ease my anxiety. I would recommend Tri-Cities to everyone.

I highly recommend this company for your heating problem. The staff are very professional especially Abraham. He promised to come back the following day at exactly the same time he said he'd come. He answers my questions with thorough knowledge & stayed at the house until the problem was resolved. Kudos to Ryan who came to follow through even if I told him not to come anymore. Tri-Cities Best heating and air conditioning did a great job and came through in the end. They had great prices for good product. And when it came down to completing the job, Ryan was the best. These guys are amazing! Daniel came out and diagnosed our problem the same day we called. By 8am the next day we had an amazing crew come out and install new ducts that were not installed up to code by the previous company. The also installed an air scrubber which will help in battling all the allergies we have in the house. The crew was in and out in 6 hrs. The cleaned up the attic and sanitized everything! The AC is blowing colder than ever and our allergies are less and less each day. Thank you Tri Cities for helping us breathe better again and have a nice cool house to escape the heat in! We had a very difficult situation. They had to work on our a/c three different times in grueling heat. But they did not stop until it worked right. Great service, friendly, and really try to make their customers happy.

Had them come out to check a leaking AC at a house I rent out in Palmdale. I had previously had another company come out, but was not happy with their communication. These guys showed up same day, actually within an hour. They diagnosed the same issue as the other company, but found something else that could have been potentially lifesaving. Then they gave me a really great rate. Would definitely recommend.

Ryan and Dan have been nothing but exceptional. On time on budget and fair pricing. These guys do great and honest work. They installed my central AC for an ADU and have repair my existing systems as well. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Always answer the phone and there to answer questions. Tri Cities is the way to go

I’ve read a few of the negative reviews and can absolutely corroborate one thing in common. Whatever you do, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT deal with Daniel. His total lack of customer support decorum and complete and utter negligence is something I have never encountered in 52 years. How this person is still employed with his carefree and lackadaisical demeanor is another matter. Thankfully though I was able to get the phone number of Ryan who was a total breath of fresh air by comparison. He was thoughtful, courteous and extremely helpful in my needs of getting a simple job invoice emailed to me. I wish I had met Ryan sooner! If you choose to use Tri-Cities, and I can’t stress this enough, MAKE SURE RYAN is your point of contact and you will be very pleased that you did! Daniel from Tri Cities Best came to diagnose the ac problem at my rental property in Palmdale. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and told us exactly what the issue was. We already suspected we needed a new ac/heating system, so we decided to have them install it. They came the next day and completed the installation. Thanks for the great service!

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Had brand new 17 seer two-stage AC installed at the end of June. Had to have them come back next day because they placed the unit in the dirt and not level. AC went out 2 months later called Dan ,one of the owners, and he told me call me back in 5 minutes. Didn't hear back for 24 hours. Once he called me back he said it'd be another 24 hours before someone can come out. WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY!!!

They were so quick and friendly! Great people to have in your home for several hours- even with a toddler! The whole air conditioner unit was replaced so it took over 4 hours. They didn’t leave a mess even though it was a huge task. Thank you!
