My wife was charged $577 for nothing more than an inspection. She called to have a technician come and repair our air conditioner while I was not at home and was taken advantage of. The technician did no work and charged $577

This company is a rip off. They charge about 10 times the amount for parts. Then, they did not do the work that I asked them to do. They cleaned the outside of the unit instead of the inside of the unit. I didn't know anything about Air Conditioners. I found out later. Do not use this company. YOU WILL BE SORRY

Ignore the bogus "5 Star" reviews for this company.

This Persian owned business unfortunately lives down to every negative stereotype you hear about Persians.

The owner , whose name is Amer, goes by and pretends to be at least two other names and people - "Pete" and "George". But they are all Amer.

They don't have a real business office, the "office address" is Amer's house in Sylmar.

They have a pretty looking van with the company logo on it to make themselves look "reputable", but they are anything but.

They have obscene mark-ups on parts , over charge for labor that they don't actually perform , and then try to upsell you at every possible turn for more work that you do not need.

To make matters worse, they don't pull permits when they're supposed to, and threaten their customers when they get called out on their negligence and incompetence.

They offer a one year warranty on "parts and labour" but will hang up in your face and tell you to not call back if you try to report any issues with their "work" to them.

All in all, a disgraceful company that should have its contractors' license revoked.
