Showed up on time. Very nice. Explained everything through the process. Had all the parts available. Worked on my dryer for over an hour. Cleaned all mess inside the dryer body after removing the drum.
Very clean work. Gave me some advice about Maintnance for the washer , dryer and even the dish’s washer.
I could not have been happier with the service , the workmanship and the person.

I called Rick on a Sunday for a broken washing machine. He responded so quickly and was out the next day. He was early for the appointment (wow) and was quick to complete the job. I sent him a photo of the washing machine and told him the problem, so he already had the part ready to go.
