They offer lifetime warranty that is transferable which really sold me. The crew that repiped my home was professional, efficient and made the whole process easy. There were a couple of small issues, but they were resolved quickly, which really gave me peace of mind.

After Repipe1 finished their great job of repiping and fixing our drains we were left to find a painter to paint where the holes were patched and textured by Repipe1. We hadn’t painted for years so our past painters were either out of business, moved or retired. We had one company (name of a comic book franchise) stop by for an estimate and never heard from them again (I guess it was all or nothing with them).

Out of the blue we received a call from Veronica from Repipe1 who we had work with before on our re-drain project. She told us Repipe1 was now offering painting services for painting the patches. Veronica personally showed up to our home with the painter (Tam) to go over the project (she took pictures of all the spots) and we also added other painting needs such as old wall cracks that needed repair. She worked with us on the pricing and performed the scheduling with Tam. We were very satisfied with the painting results and the process. Veronica was always available via texting (even late on the weekends) to answer any of our questions or coordinate any requests. Tam was very easy to work with and always willing to touch up any area we felt had the need. We highly recommend Repipe1 for the start to finish of your repiping needs.

Repipe 1 is absolutely the best. I can't recommend them highly enough. They sent Mynor to check out a leak that I was having and he arrived within about 90 minutes on NEW YEARS EVE no less!!
Shortly thereafter Mynor's partner Frank arrived and between the two of them the diagnosed the problem in no time. Turns out it had nothing to do with the repipe job they did back in 2013 but was instead a toilet supple line. They did a great job inspecting everything and repaired the leak. They were absolutely great. Also a big shout to Jenny in the office who got the guys out here super fast. Thank you Jenny!! If you're in need of re-piping this company is the real deal. The HOA of the community I recently moved to hired Repipe 1 for repiping work, and I was super impressed with their professionalism and customer servive. The communication was great! Before I started living here full time, we coordinated access for their team, and a rep from their team was able to meet with the inspector on my behalf without me having to be there, so it was very hassle-free.

Afterward, everything worked great, and the patching job they did was excellent. For a spot behind the laundry that was missed, the crew they sent for the follow-up was quick to take care of it.

I was especially impressed and grateful for their customer service when, a couple of weeks after they finished the job, I asked for their help moving the dishwasher out for a deep clean. Frank and Karla responded right away and sent two people that same day to take it out, even helped vacuum and clean the space, and put the dishwasher back in again.

Now I can sleep at night knowing every corner of my kitchen is newly piped and squeaky clean :) Thank you, Karla, Frank, and the rest of the team, for your hard work and dedication to providing the best service possible!

Called Repipe1 on Friday, Sharra came out Saturday morning and went through the details of repiping the house with pex. We set it up for the following Tuesday, Al and his crew came out and finished the repipe in a day, professional job all the way. Karla was my contact at repipe, she took care of all the details and coordinating inspectors from the city, Drywall came 2 days after the repipe and finished in 1 day, stucco repair also. Great experience would recommend repipe1 to everyone.

I need to look for another hse insurance and I was not able to find my paid invoice for the job done in 2011. I called them hoping for them to have it on file. Karina did an awesome job of getting it done that when she could not find it on her computer she asked her manager and told her it would have to be a hard copy. She actually found it and emailed it to me the next day. Needless to say I am extremely grateful they came thru. It made me remember the day they came to work on my home replacing my galvanized pipes with pex. Their work is still going strong and i have not had any issues at all. I remember the employees were happy as they worked on my home. This is one awesome company with great employees and great customer service.
