The furnace was dirty and making strange noises, so we scheduled furnace cleaning service, and the technicians cleaned everything thoroughly!! Heat is strong again

The rerouting of the dryer vent was professionally done making the vent routes less risky and the airflow enhanced. Technicians were on time, detailed and gave a comprehensive report, which was well worth investment to every homeowner.

I had an appointment scheduled for Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. By 11:41 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to check on the status. That’s when I was given an excuse that they were held up at another job due to a gas leak.

I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. A simple call or message to let me know they were running late or needed to reschedule would have made a big difference. Instead, I was left waiting during my only day off.

I eventually received a text asking to reschedule. While I do need the repair, I will not be rescheduling with this company. for customers’ time and clear communication should be a basic standard for any service business.

Our bldg management sent them a work order over 3 weeks ago for a drip pan for an AC that overhangs my car in the carport and has been covering my car in pools of water. Excellence AC never showed up so I called management again. They sent a second work order to Excellence AC. Still no show. Finally at my insistence, management phone them last Thursday and were told that they were coming on Monday (today). I happened to go back to the carport @ 1:30 pm and there was an Excellence AC man. He was just taking photos of the AC that needs the drip pan and another AC that already had one installed years ago by our handyman. He said “I guess some kind of pan will have to be made.” He said he didn’t know WHEN that would be or when it would be installed! I’m still in AC water hell.

I called this company to organize a service a few weeks ago and the technician was on time, polite, professional and in a mask - so far so good. We had an issue in one bedroom and he advised that we needed a FREON refill so he did this as well as the service. We were then away for two weeks and only turned on the upstairs A/C this weekend. No air at all into the bedroom. On Monday I called at lunchtime and was advised that as the technicians were on the road I would get a call back the next morning. After not receiving a call I called again and was advised I would be called back asap. After following up again yesterday at 4.30 and being advised there was now an 'after hours' answering service only I managed to speak with the technician this morning. I was advised there must be a leak and the FREON has leaked out and therefore I need a new unit. Not sure why we spent $300 on FREON if there was a leak. After speaking again to the office manager I was advised that they cannot not get back to me with a further quote or any further information until next Monday as the 'owner is away'. The real issue is the administrative/ phone service (or lack there-of). I would not recommend this company.

I recently contacted Excellence in Air to inquire about installing a split system air conditioner. However, my experience with them was quite disappointing.

Not only did they inform me that installing a split system with air conditioning would be too much of a challenge for them, but they also suggested a wall unit instead. The wall unit they suggested was noisy and unsightly, and it would have been a significant compromise compared to what I was looking for.

To make matters worse, it's worth noting that another company had successfully and seamlessly installed a split system in a neighboring apartment. This stark contrast in service capabilities is quite telling.

Overall, I found Excellence in Air's offer unattractive and their inability to handle the installation work was disappointing. I would not recommend them for your air conditioning system.

My HOA management recommended this company to give me a quote for a new A/C system. They sent their staff and did measurements. They never sent me quote, which was supposed to be free, but sent me a bill for "fixing" my A/C unit. My A/C system wasn't broken but it's old. Next stop better business bureau. Avoid this company. There are more reputable companies out there. Consider yourself warned!!!

My old AC stopped working so I asked around and got few referrals.
Ben Came over the next day and was very kind and explained me that my old AC had a fan issue but since the AC was so old I decided that I want to change it.
Ben gave me a fair price for changing the AC and all the air duct and they installed it within days.
It took only few hours with abut 4-5 employees.
installation was very professional and clean and before I knew it it was done.
I also installed nest thermostat and then connected to the Wi-Fi for me and explain me how to operate it.
I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family
