Mason at ArticAir is once of the best techs I have ever had the pleasure of calling for help. I tried to fix my AC unit with the help of my brother in-law. Long story short the end coil magically got a screw thru it. I called out 2 other companies. 1 told me the the unit was too old and I had to buy a whole new system. The other told me that it could not be repaired. And also said I would need a whole new system with new duct work. Mason came over not only did he replace the original bad part. He replaced the mistake I had made myself. My system works great and I no longer have to sweat In my own house. When I have an issue with my HVAC I don't have to hesitate to call him. I know he is honest and does great work. If you have any issues with your HVAC call them. They are the best around!

Outstanding Service....

Buying a new HVAC System for one's household is neither straightforward, nor a light expense. But...it is a long term Investment into your Home, so you need to make the best decision that will last you the 20+ year lifetime.
Mason provided incredible support through our purchase - not only configuring the best system based on our residence, but then personally coordinating the followup install.
Better yet - when a fault was then detected weeks after the installation was complete, he spent dedicated time (several days in fact) troubleshooting the problem - a unique manufacturing fault in one specific part, discovered in one batch, affecting one specific model...which then impacted the system's ability to operate (not uncommon to any appliance bought for the home in these times).
He then dedicated additional time (on the company clock no less) arranging for a replacement part, confirmed its delivery and correct spec...and then personally installed it. This is the added value you should be expecting.

Fast Forward, our HVAC System is now working flawlessly, the house occupants are no longer fighting over temperature rage, and best of all our electric bill has actually dropped, even while using the electric heat pump for Winter.
Another win on the cost saving front.. (Can't wait to see how the AC performs its part when Summer arrives)

P.S - the added Air Scrubbers are without question clearing our inside air, despite outside the Tehachapi dust, our dogs, pollen and ongoing renovation & painting projects.

My tech Henry was a great guy. Told what needed to be done now, and what we need to do in the future to keep costs low. Explained in understandable language the basic needs to keep my unit functioning at best level for maximum performance. Will not need to find someone I trust anymore.

Henry over at Arctic Air was absolutely wonderful, he got me and my fiancé a whole new unit for our home. The last one we had wasn’t cooling the house down fully. Henry came out and told us exactly what we would need and didn’t give us the run around on unnecessary stuff. I hate sales people but Henry kept it short and simple very to the point and easy for us to understand and resolve the problem. We are very happy with Henry’s service and will definitely be calling back Arctic Air and asking Mr.Henry again! 😊
