Not very happy. After spending over $12,000 for purchase and install of our Bosch Ductless Single mini split air conditioner/heat pump 15 months ago, we have had to have numerous service calls to Air Tight because it was not working properly... problems in the winter for heat when it was snowing and problems in the hot summer to cool the house. Feel like we wasted a bunch of hard earned money and it's still not working, again. It's cold in the house and we really don't know if it will ever really get fixed. Yes, they are nice people, but that doesn't really fix the problem. I really don't think they know about servicing these things.

very unprofessional the way they ghost their clients .. they came out did a diagnostic and never followed up on repair ! I had to get another company out to fix it .

If you want a system installed that breaks down three times before the first summer is over, they’re the company for you.

The guy came to my apartment never looked at my AC. Said he’d be back and I have yet to hear from him. And that was a week and a half ago

I was away when my 92 yr old fathers heating quit and he had already called 3 other local companies with no answer. I decided to call Tehachapi Heating & A/C and a young lady answered. I understood when she said they were swamped but asked if she could add my father to her list. She went to the trouble to fit my Dad in later that morning and their service man found the trouble and had the heat back on in no time. They were prompt, courteous, and the cost was reasonable. We can highly recommend Tehachapi Heating & aconditioning.

They came out and charged their 75 dollar service charge just to tell me the filter was wrong. When I called them back because that didn't work they complained about having to come back to my house. They came out and the heater seemed to work for a day then no heat. They never went on the roof or fixed the problem. I have heard of other women they have done this too. I had to freeze for months until SAWYER Construction came out took me seriously and got on my roof found out the controller was not working and fixed the issue.

On February 25th, 2020, My landlord had Tehachapi heating and air come over to do the range hood vent for the stove. I met the 2 guys, they came in and I I had to go to work so I left them there with my landlord. When I came back later, all of my things had been rummaged through! All of my personal belonging had been touched and looked through. They were suppose to be in my kitchen only but someone came into my room, went through My closets, my underwear drawers, someone walked on my decorative rug-that I am very particular about not stepping on- they even sat on my bed and even went through my old phone ( pictures, text messages and my email) I know this because everything was left open!! I am a very particular person about my things so it was very obvious as soon as I came home that my things were touched. I felt violated and still to this day, I feel completely violated! I can’t stop thinking about their disrespectful actions.
I immediately called my landlord that night to ask him who went through my things, he claimed he sat in the car and left them in there in the house by themselves. He claims it must have been them who went through my things. I wasn’t there so I don’t know. All I know is he said it was them. He said he would call and file a complaint with them.
I just wanted to write a review to warn people that are going to have work done in their home to have someone there they trust in their absence. In my case, it was suppose to be the landlord and his wife but I won’t make that mistake again! I’m young and had just moved in, there was nothing valuable ( outside of my personals) so I didn’t think much about leaving 3 grown men in my home by themselves because there wasn’t anything Valuable in there. I realize now that was a vastly immature notion. The most valuable thing I had in there was my privacy and that was completely violated without compunction. Having someone there that you trust not only protects you from this type of dishonor but also protects the company doing the repairs as well.

I hired them to do a service & inspection for a house that I just purchased. When the guy came out, he told me that the selling agent had just paid them to do the same thing I was trying to have done. They could have billed me for the work, but they didn't. I will definitely put them first on my call list for future work.

The guys came out quickly to check why my central heating unit wasn’t turning on. Diagnosis was quick but since it was an older unit we asked about pricing for new unit. They got use pricing for repair and new unit the same day. There was no pressure to replace and they got use a new unit quickly and installed as soon as they could considering we had a snow storm come right as our unit went out.
Very thankful for Sean and his knowledgeable crew. It’s so nice having heat again.
