Mason came out to fix my A/C. It hadn't been heating properly but he was quickly able to locate the faulty part and replace it. Professional service from Mason and Arctic Air. Will definitely use their services in the future.

I am very delighted with Arctic Air’s service. My family and I were experiencing some trouble with our ac and thankfully a young man named Johnny Johnson was able to fix our problem! He was very polite and explained both the problem and the solution throughly. I would highly recommend him and the company’s service.

I was having issues with my furnace, Henry from Arctic Air came to see what was wrong. After troubleshooting he brought me over to the furnace and explained in detail what was wrong and brought to my attention everything else that needed my attention. He gave me several options so I could decide what direction I wanted to go with repairs. I'm very pleased with him explaining everything to me so that I could understand and make the best decision. Great service, and knowledgeable technicians.

My technician was mason who was just Amazing. Listened to my concerns , educated me and built my trust first thing. I noticed that Arctic Air enables their technicians with leading diagnostics tools. Along with the full digital experience from text messages to great communication.

Mason masters is one of the nicest and well rounded HVAC guys I’ve ever dealt with. He is very informative and breaks things down for you in an understandable manner. He provides pictures to show you the work he performed and included multiple options based off of cost and possible ways to go about things. I’m not one to make these reviews but my expectations were definitely exceeded. 10/10 would recommend Arctic Air for any and all heating/cooling necessities. One technician in particular made an outstanding impression, Henry.
My parents do not speak English but he did not hesitate communicating with transparency and patience what the next steps were on fixing our AC unit. And now we are back in business and ready for summer. Thanks Henry!

If you have any problems with your ac or heater Mason is the guy. My heater stopped working last week and Mason came out and fixed it. Not only was he professional he was beyond thorough and explained everything to me I’ll definitely only be asking for and referring him. Thanks again mason!

Mason just finished our winter maintenance and was very thorough. Last summer, he was extremely helpful with getting us up and running during the summer heat.
