Mason was amazing, great explanations on what the issue was and how it was/was going to be fixed. Prices for arctic air are better than what I expected for Cali mx calls. Also thank you for being the only company in Tehachapi I could get to pick up their phone! Will definitely be calling for Mason for any future issues if we have them!

Arctic Air is the best. Mason came out and looked at my system to service it and I mentioned I might want to upgrade. He went through all my options, laid out the facts and prices, and didn’t at all pressure. I decided to upgrade and the crew who came out and did the work did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Was absolutely blown away by their level of professionalism and workmanship. Mason came out and met me at my parents house for en estimate on two complete systems. He was able to explain the differences in the equipment they were choosing between in a way that was easily understandable. Install was clean and went exactly as they said it would. They ultimately went with the Bosch systems and they LOVE them. Carlos did an amazing job making sure everything came out nice and pretty for my mom.. Wouldn’t recommend any other company out here! Mason from Arctic Air provided exemplary service when fixing my heating system. His punctuality, expertise, and clear communication stood out. We had an issue with our heater and called Artic Air. They had an opening same day and came out about 2 hours later. Mason was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He let us know every step he was taking and showed us the exact problem. He had the issue fixed in under an hour. The heater is working great now and even let us know some tips to keep the appliance running strong.

Mason came to diagnose my AC. He tried to find the leak. unfortunately it wasn't easily seen. He spent hours looking and didn't get frustrated or have a bad attitude. He went though all the options we had. He explained so that I could understand and answered all my questions and had patience. He made sure I understood and was comfortable. He is an amazing young man. I highly recommend Arctic Air!

At One Point This Was A Kmart, The Staff Was Fairly Nice, But I Have 1 Problem They Did Not Sell Gift Cards For Starbucks Amazon Or Anything Like That so That Kinda Sucks, or sucked

Installed mini-split without permit, even though that was part of the contract. Gave me the runaround for months thereafter, still no permit and no inspection.

Excellent service. Reliable and dependable. So refreshing to get good service, and a good product in this day and age. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great service on our completely new HVAC system.

this company installed an air conditioning system less than 2 years ago in a house i am renting, the system is not working .... the rental agent sent another company first who did not fix it. then she called this company (the original installer) who sent TWO men out. they spent the first ten minutes telling me how inept and terrible the other company was. then after about 40 minutes of parading around the house with a infrared camera told me that it wasn't working and that they would put us on the schedule for a "service call". i then joked with them about sending TWO men out that couldn't fix a coolant leak (what do hvac techs do...?). they went back to the office and bawled their eyes out about me "teasing" them. the company owner, Robert, then called me whining about how i had hurt his workers and that he would not fix my a/c....

i have been a rental manager and have a ton of experience with hvac contractors as well as electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc. etc. and i have NEVER met such a bunch of panty-wastes in my life.

do yourself a favor and don't hire these cry-babies....

Robert and Debie are fantastic people. As are their sons. Pleasant people to deal with.

Wife and I bought a 30 year old house, with a 30 year old HVAC system. Home inspector said there were serious problems with the furnace.

Called Air Tight for a more detailed inspection of the HVAC system. Robert came and did an inspection and found and showed me the really bad issues with the furnace. In my mind, this was a serious safety issue.

Wife and I decided to replace/upgrade the entire system.

Scheduled the install for the following week. Two days later the install was complete and everything was working great.

Office staff were friendly and efficient. Set up my appointment and their tech Robert Peralta arrived right on time. Actually 5 minutes early! Checked out my heating system and was quite a personable gent! Air Tight will be my go to company for any future home heating needs.
