So quick to service us. Polite, clean, knowledgeable. Ordered the part was out the next week. Excellent service, all around!

Called and scheduled a service call with them. They hit some unexpected delays and asked if we could wait until after the weekend. When we stated we were in dire need, they did not hesitate to move their schedule around to get to us. When they arrived, the technician was swift and courteous. We appreciate their efforts!

The technician arrived on time, was thorough and persistent in finding and repairing the issue with my washing machine.

I called Mr Appliance because my Samsung top load washer was throwing an out of balance error and would not complete the spin cycle. They were able to get someone out in about an hour. Jacob arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts in his truck and had my washer repaired within 90 minutes of walking in the door. He explained to me what was wrong and what caused the issue.

Steer clear of this outfit. Our refrigerator stopped running on a Saturday, and we arranged a service appointment for Sunday AM. The appointment was confirmed by email. It is now Tuesday PM and we are still waiting for someone to show up. No show, no call, no explanation and certainly no apology. This "business," if you can call it that, deserves zero stars, but Google doesn't give that option.

My husbands worst nightmare The installer didnt have the correct tools used my tools. He drilled a huge hole in the wall then dropped the butterfly anchors in the wall. The mistakes continued for two days.
