Richard was on time, reliable, and did a fantastic job. Professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

Easy to schedule. Straightforward pricing. Excellent service. Will call again for additional electrical fixtures for my home.

Richard and John arrived on time, super polite, explained exactly what they'd be doing and how, worked carefully and neatly and fixed issues as they found them. Pleasant team to work with. Have already booked to get more things done on the list with them. Highly recommend

Great service, polite , professional and takes the time to explain what is needed. Last point, asked what I needed done as a customer to be satisfied, this is a great way to set expectations to make sure as a customer you are happy. Thanks again for the prompt and great service.

We called Thompson Electric based on a recommendation from a family member. After working with Richard and Julian, we will now pay this recommendation forward! We came home after a vacation to find numerous outlets and switches inside and outside the house not working. Richard was very responsive and came over to our house to troubleshoot and fix the issue. We were back up and running within an hour. They are very professional and pleasant people to work with. We will definitely call again if we had additional electrical needs!

Richard’s pricing was great and he was quick to respond. He showed up on time and communicated well. His work was done in a professional manner and he was quick.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent service! Richard was fast, professional, and efficient. He got the job done quickly without cutting corners and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a reliable, safe and thorough electrician call Thompson Electric. I had work done by another electrician that was horrible and overpriced. Thompson Electric came in and fixed everything and were so reasonable. Safe yourself some time and money and hire them.

I had an issue with a Breaker at my main Panel going bad. I contacted Thompson Electric, was provided a fair bid, and the service was prompt and professional.

I have found a new electrician for my household needs.

I had a beeping noise that I thought was coming from an old smoke alarm. In my state of panic, I reached out to Richard for advice and possibly make the trip out to investigate the problem. After some talk over the phone, we were able to resolve the problem without coming to our home and save us the money. I really appreciate his willingness to help even though it was near closing. His responsiveness was enough for me to reach out for future electrical projects! (Turns out the beeping was not coming from the smoke detector but an old separate CO2 detector). This may be a minor issue but it shows the company’s dependability and honesty.

Very honest and reliable electrician. We hired Thompson Electric to install coaxial cable in a new location in our house, he was able to get the job done quickly with no problems. Very friendly and professional. Excellent.

Recently had Thompson Electric come out to replace a ceiling fan for me. They did outstanding. The job was completed quickly and professionally. They even carried out my old fan and made sure the work area was super clean afterward. Would highly recommend!

We are happy to have used Thompson Electric again. They communicate well and take care of our issues. We will continue to use them in the future.

I am very pleased and happy with Thompson Electric. The workmanship is outstanding, the pricing fair and the process easy. The workers respected my home and kept everything clean and picked up.
The job entailed adding lights in a closet and two overhead fans. All the work was done expertly and timely. I would hire Thompson Electric again in a heartbeat.

Wow, what can I say that hasn’t been said on previous stellar reviews?! Talk about prompt service, timely conversation, and thorough professionalism! Half my house went without power and Richard jumped on it like it was his own home. Within minutes he recognized the issue and provided the solution. I can’t say enough about his super fast response time and willingness to make it happen even on a holiday! We are powered back up and operational. Thanks again!

Richard did an amazing job with the lighting and electrical work on our kitchen remodel. He put in track lighting on open shelves, puck lights in top row of cabinets, pendant lights, new outlets and all associated electrical work. He was a pleasure to work with, reliable, and delivered a high quality product.

Richard was great showed up on time , there was a free thing I needed replaced he did the job in a timely fashion, and cleaned up after himself even took the boxes away 🙂 so if you need an electrician he’s the one to call very honest man

I hired Richard to install a ring doorbell transformer and compatible doorbell chimers. Richard was very responsive friendly and professional, and he and his assistant did an excellent job at a fair price. I’ll be reaching out again in March for another job.

Thompson Electric replaced the exterior GFCI and pool light switch. They were responsive, on-time, and professional. I will be using this company for future electrical projects because of their honest communication, invoicing what was bid, and their fast and professional work.

Richard with Thompson Electric came out first thing on a Saturday morning to help me out with a circuit breaker that went out yesterday. I was without lighting and outlet usage in parts of my house for a day. Thank goodness for Richard's promptness and experience, he replaced that old circuit for a new one in no time and my house was back in business. :) Thank you for all you've done for my electrical needs. You're the best!

Back again with another review for Thompson Electric. Richard came out to add some electrical lighting for the front of my house on each side of my garage door. I've dealt with this area being completely dark for years and I'm so pleased and happy with the beautiful lighting. Thank you so much!

Richard with Thompson Electric did a great job in adding a much
needed electrical outlet in my living room. He was quick, thorough and cleaned up afterwards. He's a good guy and I highly recommend him. He's got other jobs for me coming up in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait for my garage lights to be added.

We had a great experience using Thompson Electric for our new build detached 4-car garage at our personal residence. Richard and Julian did a great job with excellent workmanship and prompt service. After that Richard also performed several electrical repairs inside of our personal residence. We are happy to give Thompson Electric our highest possible recommendation! These guys Rock!
