Richard of Thompson Electric was a very experienced electrician. After I texted him a few pictures of my electrical panel, he quickly spotted the problem, ordered the parts, and scheduled an appointment. It was a very smooth process from getting the estimate to finishing the work. Richard was very responsive in answering my questions and addressing my concerns, and showed great customer service. I have found him very professional and competent, and will definitely call him when I need help again.

I reached out for electrical help on Yelp a week or so ago. Richard was the first person/company to reach out to me. He was extremely personable and attentive to my request. He and Julian came to my home to provide the service last Friday 10/17/2025. They were professional, patient, and kind. They understood my request and performed the service accordingly. I was pleasantly surprised. And I am pleased with my Govee lighting.

Great experience with Redhawk Electric- Very courteous and great communication!. Beau came out to give us a free estimate and accessed our electrical issues we were having.. He arranged a team out the same day and they got the job completed so quickly and efficiently.

Wow! Super professional. I was afraid I would have to get the drywall people in afterwards to complete the job. They were able to put the fan in with no patch up work to be done. I am very happy with the professionalism and how quickly it got done. I definitely will have them come back to do some other work that I am going to need.

Unlike other contractors, Beau (owner) told me that he want to come over to make a true assessment and provide a realistic quote. Yes, there were others than had a lower offer. I needed to get it done today, and was able to schedule his people to complete this job with no extra fee. I decided to go with Red Hawk due to honesty, straight forward talk and great customer service. This company is legit and his people are covered so, you are not responsible.
