I really appreciate the wonderful landscaping Jeff and the rest of his team did for my backyard. Ruff & Ready Landscape made it easy on our end by helping us with the design we had in mind and making it a reality. The quality work is second to none. It's hard to find a company who cares for their quality job and stand behind their work ethics. They kept my property clean by making sure any loose materials and trash was dispose properly. I am very impressed. Whenever we had questions it was easy to get hold of Jeff and his team. I highly recommend Ruff & Ready Landscape to all my family and friends. Thank you!

Met the owner Jeff of Ruff and ready landscaping and was very impressed. He explained in detail the experience of using his company and all the benefits it came with. All the way from design, install, to cleanliness of the project. We all know the stress of selecting the right person for job especially when it comes to our homes. You can tell that everyone in the company takes pride in what they do and the works shows!

We initially had our concrete patio done prior on our new build and had a really poor experience with the contractor. For the remainder of the backyard, our main focus while getting estimates was hiring a contractor that we felt had a strong sense of integrity.

Jeff definitely stood out to us the most with his attention to detail, suggestions for working within our budget and the way he presented how he runs his company during our estimate. We decided to hire Ruff & Ready to install sod/irrigation, drainage, concrete curbing, plants, and decorative rock among other things.

We would recommend Ruff & Ready a thousand times over. The crew that worked on our yard were extremely kind and respectful, Jeff was present & readily available throughout the entire process and all aspects of work were followed through. Just snapped this picture today, sod was planted a little over a month ago-following Jeff's watering guidelines, it's rooted great and we keep receiving compliments on how green it looks! We also had storm a few weeks ago with a good amount of rain-drainage worked amazing!

Lastly, Ruff and Ready left our yard looking better than before they arrived even in aspects that weren’t contracted. We had started to move larger rocks slowly from the back to the front in the drainage swell to give it a more decorative look. The crew caught on to what we were trying to achieve and kindly finished filling it in for us with rocks they had to remove from the backyard (saved us a lot of work & money). Also, they had to dig in the front to run drainage to the curb which caused some of the mulch to be mixed in when covered back up. Totally understandable and we were already planning on replacing it ourselves but I was pleasantly surprised when Jeff asked what kind of mulch we had out front towards the end of the job so they could replace it. It’s these little details that goes a long way in showing the standard of work that Ruff & Ready upholds.

We just wanted to thank the crew and Jeff at Ruff & Ready again for making our once dirt backyard into a place to enjoy for us & our doggos!

Super Happy with the outcome! Ruff n Ready landscaping crew was amazing to work with and provided the backyard that we envisioned! Working with Elmer to meet our budget needs was so great because he showed us realistic budget needs vs our wants which we really appreciated! This crew was fast and efficient with their time and even when we had one small issue Elmer and his crew provided a solution and made it look great! HIGHLY recommend this company for QUALITY work!

Jeff and the entire crew were professional, great communicators and courtesy. We received 3 quotes to redo our front yard to drought tolerant, and low maintenance. He wasn’t the cheapest but we appreciated how he approached every aspect from quote to design to demo to install and cleanup. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Jeff and company to anyone looking for a job well done.

Jeff & his team are AMAZING! Hired them for our backyard redo and we couldn’t be happier. Jeff turned our vision into more than we expected and we now have our dream backyard. The whole team was wonderful to work with. My absolute favorite thing, the custom succulent planter walls to hide our pool equipment. Yes their real plants and yes it’s just as amazing in person 😍

Jeff and his crew just finished our backyard and their work exceeded our expectations. Jeff and his office staff were always reachable, which was a huge plus because some other contractors we had come for an estimate in the beginning didn’t even get back to us.

We didn’t have the budget to do everything we wanted right away but Jeff worked with us to plan the future parts that we wanted to do later with the current project scope. He was able to give us insight from his experience to make it easier to do those parts later.

We even had a few changes last second we wanted mid project. It didn’t slow anything down. Jeff and Erma were able to keep constant communication open with us and their crew.

Everyone working on the project was very friendly and professional. They were efficient and effective in what they were doing. I really liked that they cleaned up after they were done each day especially since we live in an HOA community.

The process went extremely smooth from the estimate visit to the final walkthrough. Our backyard is beautiful and we can’t wait to show it off to our family and friends.

The Ruff and Ready Team are great -- very professional, polite, and responsive! We recently replaced (due to puppy damage) our backyard sod and, even with their backlog, Jeff and his Team were able to get us in sooner than expected. I should also note that we previously used Ruff and Ready for concrete and river rock install couple of years ago and it still looks great! This is a very reliable company to work with!

Jeff was amazing from the initial meeting to the final walkthrough. His team was amazing. VERY clean and tidy. They made sure that the major work we had done in the front yard wouldn't interfere with our lives.

The final result is beyond what we thought it would look like. It really seems like they thought of everything from extra lighting and sprinkler timing to extra drainage and ground cover.

I cant say enough about Jeff and his team.

The best experience we’ve ever had with a landscaping company. Jeff and his crew were on time, clean, creative, honest, I could go on and on. Definitely a five star experience and a five star company.

We could not be happier in our experience with Jeff and the rest of the Ruff and Ready team. Communication is so critical when making a large investment with your yard, and Jeff did not disappoint. From the beginning of the project until they finished, we knew everything that was going on and never had any setbacks. Grateful would be an understatement as Jeff knew we wanted everything done before Thanksgiving; he pulled all his crews the week of Thanksgiving and sent them to our project to make sure they finished up. Needless to say that not only did they finish, but the actual quality of the work is impeccable! People always want to low ball and take the "cheaper" route. Well... good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. So remember that when making your decisions. I'd highly recommend for anyone wanting their yard done right the first time. Lastly, Jeff continuously checks in on you and makes sure that you are happy, and that you're understanding of how to take care of your investment. You get what you pay for and we could not have imagined anything better. Thank you Jeff and team! You knocked it out of the park!

Jeff and his crew recently completed a full rear yard landscape and hardscape project for us and we could not be happier with the results and our choice of contractor. The job was completed on budget and ahead of schedule which is rare in this field. Never once did I ever have to call for a status to find out what is happening. Jeff's crew was here early every work day and cleaned up the jobsite each day. If you are on the fence (no pun intended) about choosing among different contractors for your job then you have found your dream in Jeff. He came by here every day to check the progress and ensure the job was being done correctly and timely. It does not get better than Ruff and Ready. Pull the trigger!!! You won't be sorry.

Reached out to Jeff and his wonderful crew to check out our backyard and help us. It was in really rough shape. The way our house is situated part of our yard never sees sun so the grass was a mess, the area also had no retaining wall and so every rain we would have a mud mess. We did not know what we wanted and Jeff came in with his suggestions and WOW. He and his crew came in and gave the image life. Our yard is amazing now. Drainage is also updated. Upper yard was just messy and now it is beautiful. We now have the backyard we dreamed of. They are so professional and hard-working every single one of them thank you Jeff and team.
