15 minutes into the job they had 8 trees down. Trimmed another four and removed one large tree. Stumps were ground and the yard was pristine when they were complete.

They went so far as to spend 15 minutes cleaning out the pool for debris.

EXCELLENT! We had 3 pine trees and 2 large oak trees trimmed. ELM provided a very competitive bid and Tony came out within an hour of my initial call. He was friendly and provided an exact bid for the services we wanted. The workers were exceptional. The trees look amazing and when the job was finished, they raked all the debris and used a blower and left the place looking better than when they arrived. Called and got several quotes and these guys were competitively priced and had great reviews. I reached out, they quickly responded, I sent pictures and address of trees I wanted removed and received quote. Signed contract and scheduled next day. Team shows up super professional, truck with bucket and three guys removed 7 trees in just a few hours. Could not be happier. Will use again.

These guys are total pros! I had two large Podocarpus trees trimmed for the first time in 20 years. I showed them a picture of how I wanted the crowns reduced and shaped and they matched it perfectly. One cutter spent a couple of hours hanging from the top of the tree (like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible) working his way down the crown to shape it like I wanted

They cleaned everything up and left the yard as spotless as possible (when you cut two truckloads of branches out).

One note to customers: the blast radius of tree trimming is always bigger than you think. I lost a couple of potted plants because I didn't move them far enough away. But hey, they were perennials and going to die soon anyway.

The ELM Tree Care team is incredible! I called late in the day but within an hour or so, Tony sent me a reasonable estimate, a scheduled appointment for the next business day, and an assigned tree care specialist. Tony also texted me reminders, ETA's and, not only the name, but a picture of who to expect at my residence in the morning. David and his partner were punctual and professional. They used a cherry picker to trim my large Chinese elm tree to my exact specifications. In the past, I was driven to tears because the the trimmers cut back our trees so severely that they looked barren and dead. Also previously, many of the bushes in our yard were crushed when the trimmed tree branches either fell on them or were drug over them to the wood chipper. Fortunately, we had a very positive experience with ELM! Within an hour and a half, my tree was a lovely full shape and my yard still looked lush, healthy and completely free of debris. I will definitely call ELM Tree Care again soon and highly recommend them. Bravo!!!

Fantastic job! Need to trim 2 palm trees and pull a 3rd one out. Fast response with quote (didn't even have to talk with anyone!) and scheduled within few days. Very happy with their service and would recommend highly!
