Waste of time! Reached out to inquire about the necessary permits for a landscape design, the response I received was not informative or supportive. Instead of addressing my questions directly, the person on the line, who appeared to be the company owner, focused on persuading you to schedule a consultation. His approach felt dismissive, leaving me without the information I was seeking. Poor customer service!

I engaged Evergreen Landscaping for a project to replace the rocks on my sidewalk with pavers. While the installation of the pavers was completed, the aftermath was less than satisfactory. Without prior agreement or my consent, the removed rocks and excess dirt were disposed of in my backyard. Upon addressing this issue with them, I was assured that they would rectify the situation by removing the debris and seeding the affected area. Unfortunately, my attempts to follow up have been met with silence; they have not responded to any of my calls or texts since then. This lack of accountability and communication has left a negative impression on me, leading me to advise against using their services.
I would like to give a shout out to the whole Evergreen crew & the office manager Sebastian. They were on time & worked diligently for 3 days installing artifical grass in our front yard,. Garret and his guys did a fantastic job, they were very professional, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Hopefully our pictures will be added to there web site soon, so you can see for yourself. We will definatly use there services again!!
