Called services to clean my room (very dirty, lots of dust pile up on items and all over). The cleaning ladies were very communicative, thorough, and thoughtful. Not only did they clean my room and items spotless, they also organized these items around the room where it makes sense. Highly recommend and will be back for their services in the future.

Hector sent Hernando and Erica for a move out clean (2 bedroom 2 bath house) and they did a fantastic job. They helped me carry a few items out of the house, went about their work quickly and efficiently, and were responsive when I pointed out a few final details to be done. They cleaned the appliances inside and out, windows, and all cabinets and drawers. Very happy with the process and Hector’s communication was great. Also they did carpet cleaning; having a one-stop shop was awesome. Thank you Hector!

I found Pronto Cleaning Services through recommendations on Nexdoor. Im so happy I went with them. They were very communicative and were able to offer cleaning within a few days. We just had our floors done and unfortunately the flooring company left our house such a mess. Thankfully pronto cleaning service had availability and completely transformed our house. There was dust caked everywhere and Cinthia and Johana did such incredible work! The place is spotless! This was our first time using Pronto cleaning and we’re so glad we did! Booking an appointment was easy, and the communication was great. We will definitely start using them as our regular cleaners.

Edgar took care of my parents yard for decades. When we got rid of the lawn he put in a beautiful drought tolerant landscape. He utilized and rearranged plants from different parts of the yard and put in many more new plants. When it all grew in, it looked beautiful. My elderly mother would look out the window for hours. It was so full of flowers and activity with tons of birds, bees, butterflies and rabbits. She loved the new landscape and enjoyed it until her last days. Their house was never more beautiful and I am so grateful to Edgar for creating such an amazing landscape. His pricing is always good and his crew makes everything look beautiful. I highly recommend this company! I purchased a home in Thousand Oaks with a backyard that desperately needed an update. I ended up choosing black Diamond due to David Brooks professionalism. They re did my patio (was Spanish tile) into grey pavers and added turf. The pavers look incredible and the turf looks very real. David also came by multiple times a day during installation to assure quality which was very comforting knowing he cared a lot about the outcome of the project and my satisfaction with it! So if you need to re do your patio I would choose this company!

We are amazed at the transformation of our backyard. Never would we have thought this would come to life. Steve Bollin listened to our needs of what we wanted to have in a backyard sanctuary and then went to work with the design creation and we were totally in awe of the potential that our space could bring. He was careful to make sure we understood the process and offered professional suggestions that made us feel at ease of what could be built out. His extensive knowledge of the soft and hardscape industry made us feel in agreement on how to move forward with the installation. One thing that continues to please us is the drainage that was added and is out of this world, that with all this recent So Cal rain, has made the water move away from the backyard nicely. I am such a detail-oriented person that he recognized that and met me at that level to assure things went along smoothly. When folks ask who I used, they will immediately hear out of my mouth Black Diamond and talk to Steve Bollin.

Ryan Alpert and his crew came in fast, hit their window, the result looked great, and the price was competitive. Ryan was communicative and on-site every day. His crew worked hard and efficiently. I feared this was going to be a month-long project of noise and disturbance to us our neighbors, but they did a great job keeping it all to a minimum. Our pavers look great. I couldn't have been happier.

We needed to "upgrade" the look of our front yard.We had two basic walkways, patio and front entrance basic "cement job". We contacted Black Diamond and Keith Coburn came to our house. He explained everything in detail and came in with a quote that fit our budget. We signed the contract that day. On the day the job was to begin they were on time and ready to go. Our job was not a big job like you see in brochures but you would never know it by the way they treated us. They crew worked really hard for two days and got it done. Keith came by a few times to check on things and to make sure I was happy. The crew checked in on us when they thought we should give some input at what they were doing in specific spots. My wife and I could not be happier with the final results. It looks really really nice. Thank you Keith and crew.

Thank you to David, Donna, Noe, and the team at Black Diamond Landscaping for making our yard (front and back) look like a whole new yard! We had a big project of totally renovating our landscaping, going from overgrown and dead plants, to a beautiful drought-tolerant landscape. David and the team at Black Diamond were professional, friendly, and above all they did a fantastic job with our yard. It turned out exactly how I imagined, and we've had so many neighbors tell us how great it looks, from the new mulch to the drought-tolerant plants, to the beautiful lights on the house at night. We're looking forward to working with David and Black Diamond again.

Had several estimates to basically replace my entire front landscape with artificial turf and pavers. Had several estimates before I contacted Black Diamond paver and landscape. David Brook, project designer/manager met with me, I had a "vision" of what I wanted and a limited budget. David listened to what I had in mind, offered several design suggestions, recommended paver colors and designs that blended perfectly with the house all within my budget. The work was completed on time, the crew did an amazing job of clean up each day, David was totally committed to the project, was on site every work day. I like that they brought a large crew to lay the pavers, work moved along quickly with beautiful results. Overall very happy with the entire process, from start to finish. David was very easy to work with, good communication regarding timelines and project was completed on time. I highly recommend Black Diamond Pavers and Landscape.
