Just apartment building!

This isn’t a retail location, it’s some guy’s apartment. What a wasted listing.

Rude manager and unconcerned behavior. Our belongings got stolen from the garage and the management didn’t do anything about it.

Very reputable electricians. I had the pleasure of having Anthony his star employee do a panel upgrade and rewire and led lighting throughout. What a pleasure to have them work on house

They are very busy and had to reschedule my appointment several times but eventually made it out and gave me a quote for the work I needed done. When they came back to complete the job it wasn't done correctly or as specified in the original quote. The owner, who is very nice, apologized but said his workers requested I be done differently. This was a lie and the owner backed his workers story. Very disappointing to be called a liar. I gave them 3 stars because they did fix 2 of their minor mistakes. The large mistake was never taken responsibility for. Also, their prices are reasonable unless you add in the price of hiring a new company to redo what was done incorrectly (not unsafe, just sloppy).

This is the scummiest company I have ever dealt with. This company charged me thousands of dollars and after 5 months had just installed 12 light cans. They made me lose so much money on my project due to their unprofessionalism and lazy workmanship. Mark the owner has no clue on what his 2 employees are doing. Never checks the job site or even lays hand on his projects. Calls every Friday asking for money and even made me pay for rough materials that was supposed to be included. I will be complaining to the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). ALSO BEWARE of any General Contractor subbing out to this company because of his cheap prices and constant change orders.

Mislabeled panel and subpanel installed. Mark said he will come back and fix it but almost two months later he has still not done what he was paid to do. His employees caused for crack all along drywall in bedroom on other side of panel yet he has not sent anyone to fix the issue. He only shows up to give a quote but quickly disappears. He has no idea what his employees are doing and is always complaining about needing money and can’t pay his rent. Stay away, I will be reporting him and his practices to CSLB.

We are really happy with the work that was done in our house. The entire process was conducted in a pleasant and professional manner. The technician listened to our requests, worked fast, and was cautious with our house while he installed 11 recessed lights in our living room and hallway.
