Wow, what can I say? I had almost the entire staff here one day to fix all the issues that we had. Shout out to you all: Dru, Manny, Christian, Matt and Ken! I then had on a different day Rizal was here too. They are all professional and I appreciated their work. I will always use them, so thank you guys so much. Matt saved our house and possibly mine and my son’s lives - I’m not kidding. We, unknowingly had a major electrical problem that Matt found immediately upon inspection. When he opened the back of the main electrical panel, there was a burning smell and black marks all over. He immediately shut off the power and let us know about the problem and what they could do to fix it. This fix took some time of course, but between Matt, Adam, Christian, and J.C. (I hope I’m not forgetting anyone), they did a fantastic professional job fixing it for the long haul! They installed a whole new panel, with new wiring, a surge protector, and a new post on the lower roof that allows the wires to reach the electrical lines outside. They also patched everything up and cleaned up. Everyone from their company who came to help was courteous, professional, intelligent, and kind. Thank you guys! I am so grateful!

Had issues with old ceiling panel lights. In addition, Carlos did an exam of our electrical panel & safety issues in the house. Lights were repaired & recommendations made for some misc work. Couldn’t be more pleased with work: professional, neat & efficient. Glad to have found this company!

Excellent customer service from B&M Electric. We needed to correct the undersink wiring for our dishwasher and install a surge protector on our breaker box. Making the appointment online was simple and Carlos arrived right on time. Carlos is so friendly and professional and honest. He took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explain the work he was doing. He was very considerate of our home, wearing shoe covers inside and laying down protection for our wood floors while he was working. We will definitely call B&M Electric and ask for Carlos the next time we need electrical work done on our home.

Update:
And we did. Once again B&M Electric provided outstanding service, thanks to Carlos and Christian. We needed to upgrade our expired smoke-CO detectors to be hardwired together. The big problem was that there was no attic access to the furthest bedroom in our house. The only way to hardwire that detector without cutting open the ceiling was to fish the wire down the long, narrow hallway. It was an incredibly difficult job, but Carlos and Christian patiently and painstakingly fished the wire between can light openings until they reached the remote bedroom. Hardest part done, they efficiently switched out all of the detectors with new. Throughout, Carlos and Christian were total professionals and so nice and friendly. They were extremely respectful of our home, taking great care to protect our hardwood floors and while maneuvering the ladders in our tight hallways. They left our house spotless, not a mark anywhere, even on the ceiling. Most importantly, they made our house so much safer. Thank you Carlos and Christian and B&M!

I first used B&M Electric back in 1996 when I purchased our home and was doing some renovations prior to moving in. I met Charles and Kang(spelling?) who’s installed canned lighting throughout the entire first floor after the popcorn ceiling was removed and knockdown texture was applied. Charles and Kang impressed me with their hard work, personable interactions, respect of home, and quality of workmanship. I have had B&M work on other property and update needs at my home over the years. In 1996 there wasn’t Google and Yelp reviews to share experiences, instead Motorola flip phones were all the rage!
Fast forward to today and I have an opportunity to share on this platform. I reached out to B&M last week as I had an urgent need to have an outdoor electrical outlet installed to accommodate an anti-leak device to my main water line as my home insurance was requiring it as a contingency to not having the policy cancelled (insurance is getting crazy but that’s another discussion). I spoke to Jenna who was pleasant and was able to accommodate my request for an appointment this morning/Monday. Jenna is excellent in her communications and follow up throughout the scheduling process. Early this morning I received a message indicating that the electricians were on their way and a brief introduction to who they were with a little background as well. Carlos and Rizal arrived promptly and I showed them what I was requesting to have done. Per their pre inspection procedures, they identified other potential safety issues that they could address while on the premises. No hard pressure sale, just notifying concerns and offering help. I chose to update two electrical outlets to GFCI in addition to having the outdoor GFCI protected outlet installed for the anti-leak device. They exhibited the same care and quality work that I have received from all the other jobs that I have had this company complete. They explained everything and allowed for any questions to be asked, ready to clarify and make me comfortable with all aspects of their visit. They introduced me to a service plan opportunity and explained all the benefits for me to consider. They let me think about it with no pressure to join. They completed their work in a timely manner and accepted my form of payment. An email of the work order and receipt was sent to me for my records. I highly recommend B&M for electrical work as the people and work product are stellar.

Had a wonderful experience with this electrician. They were very professional and arrived within minutes of my call and fixed the issue promptly. Some city workers drove through our entire neighborhood with the bed of their dump truck up and literally ripped all of the wooden phone poles from the ground and the wires were torn as well. SoCal Edison arrived on scene of the disaster and notified me that they would begin repair in the main lines but they could not service the damage done to my home, so I had to call an electrician immediately to regain power. I would definitely recommend B&H Electric, and I am happy I have a reliable electrician if ever needed in the future.

Carlos and JC did an excellent job with our site inspection! They were professional, on time, and thorough. Our house didn't have any of the outlets grounded, and they were able to provide different options on what to do. They took their time to explain each issue and made sure I understood the fixes. Jenna in the main office was very pleasant and arranged for the technician to come and access the problem.. Dru the technician arrived on time and conducted a thorough assessment. We agreed with his diagnosis and asked that all repairs be made. Jonathan and Leo changed all the breakers, put in a surcharge protector and placed recess lighting in 4 bedrooms. B&M is a quality company. I recommend them enthusiastically.

If you need electrical work done, call B&M Electric. I requested service for a broken bathroom fan late at night, and they were prompt and onsite by the next morning. Adam walked me through several estimates, and along with Ken and Jonathan, they installed two new units and fixed some wiring issues with a ceiling fan. The team was friendly, meticulous, and completed the work quickly. A solid 5-star experience.

My job was a pretty big job, a 2000 square foot house, detached garage, pool, old appliance rewiring, outlet updating, smoke alarms, everything you can imagine as a bring your house up to today's standards, codes and more if wanting future additions, electric car, adu above garage etc. First you want to know cost, incredible value for what you get, truth is based on the work entailed it was a mind boggling value. The people from electricians to office folks are all amazing, knowledgeable, detail oriented, nice as can be and incredible about getting everything right. And I mean all of them, Adam, point man, what a pleasure to work with, then all the talented folks Manny who originally came with Adam and followed up the entire time, the electricians, Leo, JC, Rizal, Joe, Christian, Johnathan, that's a lot of people to all be fantastic. Jenna in the office scheduling, just a pleasure. Hire these folks you will be taken care of and feel taken care of. 5 stars is not enough. No need to look further.

We needed a whole new breaker box. Dru and Jonathan came over and were professional. They did exactly want they promised and the electricity to the house was off only a minimal amount of time. Their work was excellent and they were a pleasure to deal with. B&M also has financing which is great.

Very pleased with this company and the professionalism. Our technician Carlos was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. He was able to access and proceed with the work needed on the same day he came to troubleshoot our issue. We needed 3 light sockets that were dead and Carlos was able to run wire to get them all working quickly without even making a mess and he even went above and beyond and helped me repair a bathroom drawer that fell apart (not his fault) when he had to remove the cabinet under the sink to do the wiring. All of this and was affordable! Thank you Carlos and thank you B&M Electric for having such fantastic service.
