I'd give them a zero-star rating if I could. I called about my non-functioning Daikin system, which was still under warranty. They scheduled an appointment for the following week. But when I got that call, they said the technician wouldn't honor the warranty. I pointed out the obvious - the technician can't refuse to warranty a unit, it's Daikin's job. The person who booked the appointment just shrugged and said the tech didn't want to submit the request to get the parts. It's clear this company doesn't care about customer service. Their lack of effort is appalling.
