Sky successfully identified which compressor system belonged to mine by performing continuity tests. He spent considerable time testing the refrigerant, motors, and wiring between the roof and unit.

He presented several options for repair or replacement, and did a thorough job locating the system, identifying the problem, and providing solutions.
