Air Tech did an excellent installation job for my new furnace system. The past year has seen it working flawlessly. Cyril and Jimmy were knowledgeable and took the time to explain their work. What sets this contractor apart is transparency - if they noticed any deviations from code, they explained it upfront and provided a cost on the spot, avoiding surprise expenses later. They even allowed me to review system readings with pictures for my own research purposes. The price was reasonable too. Overall, I'm impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I had a technician from NexGen visit to inspect my heating and cooling system. Joseph was polite, considerate, and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood the issues with my unit. His professionalism left a good impression, and I'm now planning to have him replace it for me.

Felipe came by today to assess and fix our HVAC system. He identified several problems that could be addressed and gave us different options for repair and maintenance. Felipe didn't push us into anything and explained everything in a clear way. We ended up having a blower and coil cleaning done, which he did with ease and professionalism.

Our experience with this company fell short of expectations. Technician Tony's demeanor was unacceptable - condescending and dismissive. When we questioned the high price of a 2-gallon unit ($9000), he seemed unhelpful, implying that it was their only option. He claimed his company's work was guaranteed, yet provided vague explanations for his pricing adjustments without clear justification. With multiple price hikes, we couldn't shake the feeling that our decision would be driven by convenience rather than genuine concern for our needs. We won't be returning to this service provider again.

We're satisfied with the work done by Dajon and Leon. They presented themselves professionally, explained everything clearly, and completed the task efficiently. Our experience was positive, and we'll likely choose Nexgen for future services.

I hired them to fix my clogged master bath shower last Friday. The plumber initially ran the snake, but it got stuck and caused a leak in my dining room. They left the snake in my shower over the weekend and then returned on Monday to cut into my ceiling.

The repair process revealed some drywall damage, which led to further issues. To retrieve the stuck snake, they made two more cuts in the pipe, resulting in additional water damage. Initially, I was quoted $1,200 per foot for repairs, but only one foot of pipe needed fixing for the original issue, with an extra foot charged for the snake retrieval and another foot for the second cut.

After spending $3,800 on repairs, I'm left with a huge hole in my ceiling, drywall scattered everywhere, and a smelly dining room. To make matters worse, they claimed the problem was that my downpipe needed to be descaled, but this wasn't done. Now they're proposing an additional $3,000 invoice for this work. All I want is for my downpipes to be scaled and the ceiling restored to its original state.

This company is fantastic. They get the job done quickly without breaking the bank. What really stands out, though, is their commitment to customer safety - especially important for families with young kids and pets. Their technicians are reliable and communicative, ensuring a smooth experience even in chaotic situations like heat waves.

We're thoroughly satisfied with NexGen's service. Initially, our heating system was failing and another company advised replacing it. Seeking a second opinion, we reached out to NexGen, who diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs - giving us more time before needing replacement. Appreciative of their expertise.

Felipe's assessment of our HVAC system was thorough, providing insights that our previous inspection had overlooked - we're really thankful for that. He broke down the issues found and presented several options for moving forward; we chose a cleaning for now but plan to tackle more complex problems later. Despite this, Felipe got started right away and meticulously cleaned our system. His explanations were clear and helpful throughout the process, making us feel well-informed every step of the way.

Technician was outstanding. Excellent communication and a thorough assessment of my heating system. They didn't try to upsell anything I wasn't comfortable with. I'm looking forward to working with them again at our next appointment.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I bought an extended warranty for my HVAC work, which was pricey, but I thought it would cover me for 10 years. Unfortunately, when my mini split started smoking while we were away on vacation, NexGen came to the rescue. However, they're charging over $2K for freon, despite their warranty supposedly covering both labor and parts. It doesn't make sense that if their part failed, I'm stuck with the expensive freon. I've already called the manager, and my next step is contacting the attorney general. This whole experience feels like a rip-off. Avoid NexGen at all costs - they're not worth it.

Art did a fantastic job - thorough and speedy. He changed my thermostat and checked my central air ducts quickly. Prices were very reasonable. What impressed me was how much extra effort Art put in, going above and beyond to find better estimates for the future. I'd highly recommend him 5 stars without hesitation.

They're responsive right off the bat. As a homeowner with coverage, I called them up first since most have a decent response time of around 24-48 hours. My AC went out and it was a scorching 91° inside - didn't make a difference in their promptness. I reached out to NexGen because I'm an existing customer, so I know they're reliable.

NexGen nearly took advantage of me, but thankfully, I found another company that delivered what it promised. Initially, they quoted a whopping $7,000 to fix just two parts on my low-end furnace. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they offered a replacement for a staggering $8,000. Luckily, I stumbled upon a local reputable firm that did the job for a fraction of the cost - just $800. The new heater is up and running, and I'm relieved it was all worth it.

NextGen is a solid choice, their tech arrived quickly - Edgar fixed the issue in 5 minutes flat. I was initially stumped with my own plumber and ended up paying them less by having NextGen step in on the right track. Their service is fair, no hidden fees or extras. Thanks for getting me back on track!

This technician exceeded expectations with his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. He ensured a thorough maintenance check by sourcing the right parts and inspecting the entire system. Even routine tasks like vacuuming were included in his service, demonstrating exceptional customer care.
