My only reservation is the cost - while I acknowledge that quality service typically comes with a price tag, this repair felt slightly steeper than I had anticipated. Nonetheless, I appreciate their promptness and effectiveness, which has led me to consider them as an option for future needs.

They initially said the fee was waived because it's under warranty, but when they showed up, that changed - they claimed there was still a "warranty fee" even though I'd already been told it was waived. I asked them to hold off on the work, but they went ahead and charged me anyway. This isn't the first issue I've had with this company since my whole system was replaced. To be honest, their service is really subpar and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of them.

It took nearly two weeks from the initial estimate to actually start the work, and by that point, I was left without heat during a cold snap. My house was quite chilly, ranging from 54° to 65°F.
