Very first time having my home professionally cleaned (really!) and I’m so happy! I always thought I could do it best but umm no!
Perfect job. Such nice ladies and they start working like crazy as soon as they get there. Very affordable and worth every penny. My home is CLEAN :)
They will absolutely be asked to come back.

Poor value and poor quality for the money that was paid for service. Certain areas were untouched. In addition carpet cleaning was canceled few times, eventually I requested refund that was supposed to be handled within 7-10 days, which didn’t happen so I had to call credit card company to start dispute. Completely unreliable. Not worth it at all.

We had used their service before moving in to our first home.

- They did not clean the appliances - oven , refrigerator, dishwasher. They said they would be cleaning appliances. I had to clean after they left, the dirt came off with one swipe
- the cupboard doors were not cleaned
- some of the blinds had dust. My husband was sitting in the backyard, apparently they only cleaned the blinds near the backyard.
- the toilet in the master bathroom was not cleaned— I never expected this— cleaning toilet is basic!
- they don’t have integrity— if you are calling them make sure you monitor what they are doing or call a better service
- I just read a negative review and their response is “sorry we don’t have a customer in your name”. This shows that they don’t take accountability and belittle reviews about them.

In short, they don’t do any “deep cleaning”. All they do is superficial cleaning like mop the floors , clean the mirrors, etc.

This was our first home and we wanted it to be clean before moving in. We are really disappointed. Will never recommend to anyone

Margaritas cleaning services are utterly amazing. They clean all the nooks and crannies I miss. They are punctual and friendly but most importantly honest I’ve found pennies they saved from the floor. They have been so good every time I’ve needed a change in the schedule and I’ve always been completely happy with the job they have done. We have used them to clean a rental after tenants have moved out, before coming out of the hospital, to prepare for a party and as a ongoing service. I can’t say enough great things about this business.

Great job with the new one and the first time

Absolutely horrible service, STAY AWAY, we hired them to clean our house after getting brand new floors and paint, the actual cleaning was ok but when they moved our furniture horribly scratched our brand new flooring. When we asked them about it they got aggressive and started yelling at us asked to speak to the owner and they kept yelling and arguing when finally told them to leave and need to talk with the owner, turns out she was the owner Ramona, she was absolutely horrible, rude, angry and would not own up to scratching our floors I am seeing out the BBB and she will not provide insurance information, also she does not have a contractor's license she is advertising her business LI# on her ad which is also illegal and I'm sure does not have insurance. STAY AWAY

I love House Cleaning Service!! I Called to get an estimate for my house, Ramona came out that same day (btw it was on a weekend) and gave me an estimate, super reasonable price.. she along with her cleaning crew came on the day and time we arrange, and in just a few hours they had my house sparkling Clean!! They are AMAZING!! definitely recommend them to anybody that needs a professional cleaning business.. one of the best I've had so far, will continue to call for a regular cleaning service.

Lillian and her crews (Jessica and Abby) were doing excellent work on Move-Out cleaning service at my property. They work very hard and did awesome job. I would recommend their cleaning service and I will call them next time I need cleaning service. Lillian is very nice and give excellent customer service too. The only thing is she was late for the appointment but good quality work and goo value of her service worth the wait. Thanks Lillian and your crews for great job.

Always reliable, and can be flexible. I value her cheerfulness and professionalism and her ability to communicate and understand household needs. Certainly they are the best cleaning team I have met. They never do floors cleaning only using vacuum. All dirt is wiped out by hand broom carefully. They also use good quality detergents for the job, no bleach smells left after cleaning.

They are efficient and thorough. Definitely the cleanest my house has ever been, they go over every inch. I’m still very happy with the job they did, it is the first time I have enjoyed having cleaning people in my house. I felt they were careful and really detailed. They are now coming on a regular basis. I would recommend them highly.

Maricela cleaned our house just before our daughter and her family arrived from out of state. It was wonderful to host their visit without any worries or last-minute scrambles to deal with floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Maricela cleans for us once a month, and works on days and times that fit our schedule, freeing up our time and energy for other things. Her work is superb, and we really appreciate her help!

I really enjoy having Maricela clean my home in Livermore. She does a very thorough job cleaning each week. Maricela runs a professional business (licensed, insured, bonded) and charges a fair price. She's very flexible and I appreciate how Maricela will do extra things on a rotating basis. She takes initiative to ask me if I want certain things done or handled in a particular way. Not only is she a good communicator but Maricela is a very caring, trustworthy and sweet natured person. It’s been a year since I first hired her- lucky me! I’ve had several housekeepers over the years and Maricela is top notch.
