I contacted this service for a estimate for lawn cleanup several weeks ago. Sal responded. He gave me a estimate for spraying the weeds to prep. Said estimate would be sent by email. It wasn't. It was sent by text. I replied to the text, said to cancel, we'd do it ourselves. Today, a worker arrived and sprayed while I was asleep. I tried calling the number 4 times, got a recorded music answer each time. I do not intend to pay this, and they are making it very difficult to get in touch with them all of a sudden. Not happy at all.

Update: Alison contacted me, and we had a decent conversation. She and I could both see how this confusion could have happened and we settled this in amicable fashion.

If you live in Tracy, Mountain House, or Lathrop there isn’t a better service out there. Moving from the Bay Area it was hard to find a reputable company that I can trust to maintain my yard until I came across Augusta. If you’re looking for great service, rates and quality look no further. Last month Anthony Campos started servicing our yard from Augusta and it hasn’t looked this good since we moved here. Anthony and Co are the best around and I’ve tried many others.

Ive been in the search of a trustworthy landscaping company and believe I have came across Augusta in Tracy while driving back home.
I reached out spoke with George and boom next day Robert showed up wearing there great uniform representing Augusta and took care of exactly what I needed and then some.
Definitely recommend.

Omar was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He asked plenty of questions so that we were both on the same page of what design I wanted. I love my new flowers and and I’m excited to see them bloom in spring.

They did a great job for a good price. I have a large half acre property and the weeds got up to 3-4ft and Isaiah banged it out. Props to Sal as well for bidding and scheduling job so fast...

Anthony campos came out to our property and gave us a fair estimate for a decent sized job. He got the job done efficiently and cleaned up great. Will definitely have him back soon thank you.

Augusta has been reliable for my lawn service and do a very nice job. They are responsive and have a solid online system to manage invoices, payments, etc. I've been very happy with Augusta and would recommend.

This company is a Joke, they complain so much it’s ridiculous and they complain about things out of your control. No wonder they’re accepting new clients, they lost some of the ones they had. Remind me of HOA, never met a company in lawn care like this, I’m starting to think their 4.9 stars are some fake reviews.. with all these 1 STAR reviews it’s hard to believe they’re the best 😂 reviews speak for every customers experience and many have had bad ones

But I will in the near future, Anthony Campos told me about your business and my sister does use it and she very happy. Anthony is a wonderful worker he is always been a great person to know, he has done some yard work for me in the past and I was very pleased and happy with his work and that is way I’m planning to use your business.

Jorge was super professional and did an excellent job with our front and back yards. We immediately booked them for regular mowing and trimming every other week, plus they are doing a big concrete slab for us in May. Highly recommend working with Augusta!

Completely got scammed today on the initial service. Glad I was home to witness the 5 min service for my front and backyard. The guy worked on only 10% of it and somehow managed to send pics of the yard to his office. God knows whose yard it was. I won't post my security pics but please be aware hiring them for what they call Lawn Care. Give smaller businesses a chance instead.

These guys cut corners, DO NOT USE THEM. The first AND second service they completely missed the west side of my house, filled with weeds. Fired them after the third service. Fast forward 2 months and I receive this text message from them:
"Hi Michael, this is Allison with Augusta we have not received payment if we do not receive payment by the end of business day tomorrow we will be submitting this to collections and filing a mechanics lien on the property. Please call the office immediately to remit payment. Thanks so much!" So they want 100% payment for doing 75% of the work. Stay far away.

From the time Augusta Lawn Care showed up to my residents, I was treated w courtesy, professionalism and excellent service. Carlos was informative, hard working and represented his company very well. I would without a doubt recommend this company to everyone looking to get the yard work done to their satisfaction 👍👍👍

Omar was very understanding of what I wanted and he did everything to my expectations. He was very kind and friendly and I will definitely be hiring him again soon. He made my front yard look amazing!

Aj and Augusta worked on my yard and they were amazing. Best landscapers I have had.
