The guy from Augusta Lawn Care did a great job replacing our broken sprinkler valves. He was very through and pleasant to deal with. The job was done right and on time. We are very happy recommend Augusta Lawn Care to those needing sprinkler fixes..

Monte did a great job on our yard! This is the first time we had anyone come do yard clean up and it can out really nice. He was quick and efficient and was very respectful of our property.

The receptionist, I can’t remember her name unfortunately, was very friendly and quick to get our yard on the schedule which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Augusta Lawn Care of Tracy

There were red flags from the get go which we missed . First initial appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday at 1:00pm, their service member called at 11:00am and said I’m in the area, 5 minutes away, can I come now. We agreed, he did his walk, gave us an estimate, after some careful review of the job both parties came up with a said amount. However there was discrepancy in the amounts discussed during estimation to what was received in email. On top of it, amount sent in email was automatically accepted by their team . When called to check, their response was you must have verbally agreed so we went ahead and automatically accepted it on your behalf. Had to make couple calls to get the amount rectified. When scheduling the appointment, no time was mentioned except for “morning”. We were left wondering their time of arrival. They showed up at 7:00am, working hours are usually 9:00am onwards. My toddler was asleep and he is sensitive to loud machinery noises. We usually have to schedule things around his nap times ensuring he does not wake up startled and have to prep him accordingly.

During the estimation process, Sal mentioned initial clean up will be completed by him. There was another young man present and working. Sal was no where to be seen. Therefore, I had to repeat what was discussed initially to the person at job sight. The young man, said I have video, I will reference. Came back to me asking “where the
Stakes need to go”? . At this point I’m not even sure what was recorded in the video.

We have no access to the video to ensure everything that was discussed is in it.

There was one dead plant that was needed to be pulled out, Sal on the day of estimate, tried pulling and said I will pull it out on the day of initial clean up. When I asked the young man, he said there is nothing like that in the video????? Excuse me?? Now I’m really scared and worried of what will they do to my yard.

I called the office to get connected with the supervisor, told them about the ordeal. Instead of their supervisor calling me. The female admin staff took the liberty to call my husband ( at work) saying that I am being rude to their staff. I called back, a male team member picked up ( Jerry) and noted the situation.

After that, the female admin staff takes the liberty to send rude messages to my husband?! SO PROFFESSIONAL of them. Instead of rectifying matters, they pulled out the guy who was working and left everything in a mess.

They stopped taking my calls. Had to call from a different number to get my card removed. I just hope I don’t get charged for the service they did not deliver.

Great first visit from Augusta Lawn Care of Tracy! They mowed the lawn and trimmed the bushes, and everything looks neat and professional. Friendly, efficient, and I’m very happy with the service so far.

Dependable. Happy with initial work. Easy to communicate with and eager to please.

The Augusta crew was on time and did exactly what I asked for! They do quick work and cleaned up as if they were never there. Impressive company and crew at a very reasonble price.

I am extremely Sad to report the Absolute worst unprofessional company ever! They are completely deceitful company! They started out exceptional and continued for many years including adding rocks around back yard and highly maintaining our property on a monthly basis at very reasonable prices! Then one day out of nowhere they just stopped servicing our property, NOT returning any of our text messages and phone calls. Then on a few occasions spoke to my wife saying they would actually service us but then NEVER showed up!!! They NEVER said why or anything (unprofessional) they just stopped! For over 8 weeks we haven’t heard anything from them! In the meantime my grass, plants etc are overgrown, not in compliance with HOA regulations for maintaining yard! They never gave us warning signs that we needed to look for someone else or perhaps going out of business? Nothing. They are poor communicators and as others have noted in their posts they never return calls or text messages! I am very disappointed in there unprofessionalism and NO communication and to just stop showing up is NOT cool!

Jordan and the crew did a great job. I had rocks installed in my backyard along with new grass and they did a great job. Would highly recommend doing business with them for any landscaping needs

scam. scam. scam. took my $1,000 for a deposit and never came back. did not do work.

Jordan designed a plan for our front yard that was attractive and economical.

DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN A PENNY!!
Stupidly I gave him a deposit to begin a job. After not even one full of work the man has disappeared. He has left me hanging! I got ripped off by well over a grand.

Jp and Crew rock! Got several bids for my yard makeover and Jp was the only one to respond back. They did amazing work and I can't wait to use them again.

I hired JP landscaping last October and I made the mistake of paying him up front.. He took the money and did not finish the work..He ripped me off of at least $1,000 and disappeared To date I cannot reach him..He has the audacity to continue soliciting business before settling up with me. He doesn’t have a license nor is he a part of the BBB ..which makes financial recovery a challenge..DO NOT HIRE
