Felix did a great job on my yard.. he replaced a fence, put in a beautiful stamped concrete patio and added a fireplace! He also painted the exterior of my house! They care about their work and always kept everything clean . I would highly recommend him.

We hired Felix to re-do our master bathroom shower because there was water leaking on the floor. He did the job and everything looked fine. However, a year later, we noticed that water is once again leaking. We contacted Felix and he came out to correct the problem. He did a really nice job!

Felix and his team did a fantastic job of repairing our door frame and reinstalling a poorly placed dishwasher.
Felix is a true professional! He showed up quickly to provide an estimate and came over the following week to do the job in just a few hours.

Our bathroom shower and kitchen backsplash are gorgeous! Felix & his crew did an amazing job and I'm very happy with their quality of workmanship. Felix is dependable, experienced and competent to make ideas come alive. He remodeled our bathroom shower and modernize it to make it convenient for our use. He explained what he was doing and what the next steps would be. Felix and his crew cleaned up very well after work was done each day. I will definitely use him again for future work and will recommend to my friends.

Felix came and listened to my needs and wants for a bathroom remodel and he designed a beautiful new stand up shower out of our old bathroom tub/shower. The design and workmanship is excellent. His crew were hard working and always on time. The prices were reasonable. I highly recommend him for anything that needs fixing or remodeling.

Felix & his crew did an excellent work in remodeling all 3 of my bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom, they help put in a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom, they converted the bath tub to a walk-in shower. Great job on replacing all the shower wall tiles and countertops on vanity cabinet.

Felix is the Best in Tracy. We had our master bathroom remodeled. They did an awesome job. My wife is very happy with the results. He updated us through the whole project. He even did some side jobs for us replacing a door and installing LED lights over 20 ft high and hung a large picture frame.

I never leave reviews but I can’t help but tell you all about Felix and his crew! I had major work done in my house, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom renovation, ceiling fans installed, and whole downstairs recessed lighting. They were with us for 4 weeks. They were on time every single day they worked, if they couldn’t make a day, which was only 1 day, they told me ahead of time, Felix was very responsive, and everyone is very nice and respectful. I was afraid of being picky with my renovation but Felix worked with me and gave me EXACTLY I was looking for! Not only did they finish the whole renovation on time but also willing to help me install 2 ceiling fans that I bought (with one fan not working in my bedroom so he helped find one that would work), helped dump some junk I needed to dump (including a huge couch) at no charge, and added some electrical work for a future LED mirror we wanted to put up! I’ve worked with a lot of contractors in my life but Felix and his crew are now the only home contractors I will call!

From Tracy Handyman Pro, Felix Cholico and his well trained assistants, Luis and Vidal, did an amazing job on my first house. For the past few months, these guys took this 1998 house and modernized it to make it look as new as possible. From repainting the outside, installing new shelving, replacing blinds with blackout screens and curtains, completely upgrading the mini bar (including the new fridge), replacing and installing electical outlets and locks, repairing noticeable damages, and completely gutting and remodeling all bathrooms from the ground up, the versatility this team bring to the table is unreal, and they did it all at a very reasonable price. To top everything off, they're just straight up nice and respectful guys. Felix and his team were able to do everything we needed to be done and then some, and I absolutely recommend them for anything you need done in your house.

Felix and his two workers did amazing remodel in our master bathroom also took out our carpet in our bedroom and put in LVP. They painted our bedroom. Now we just hired them again to install more LVP in our living room. Thank you

Took the day off work for an appointment they made for me and when I called on the day they were supposed to come they said they had no record of my address or my appointment. I don't understand how they can operate a business like this.
