I never had issues in reaching out to any companies after making at least 10 calls, no wonder the review are from 2 years ago, I should have known, they gave a quote, and the quote was reasonable, but when I am trying to schedule, they keep pushing that they are unable to talk and that they are busy, feels like a scam, I wouldn't recommend

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I had a service scheduled for 9:15 am today. I gave very detailed instructions on how to find my apartment through text. When I received a call at 9:17 am he said he couldn’t find my apartment. From the sound of it on the phone, he had already gotten out of his car and walked up the stairs to a building on the other side of mine. I told him you’re one the opposite side of the building there’s another staircase. So then I get another call and he said with attitude “you need to come out so I can see you I don’t know where you are.” So I started to ask which direction he went when entering the complex so I could find him fast and the best I could. At this point he was extremely rude and frustrated, he ended up saying how he basically drove past the point in which I instructed him to stop at. He then told me very rudely “I don’t have the time to be driving around here” and he hung up on me as I was trying to tell him he should have stopped at the building I told him to stop at. I called him back and said told him I gave specific instructions on how to get here and that he could have called before getting out of the van, he then very ungeniunely said you did give me specific instructions I’m sorry and I then said don’t worry I don’t want your services. At that point I watch him speed past my building. I wrote him a text telling him I’m leaving a bad review and he then tried to back pedal and say “got lost can’t find it sorry”, as if that was the reason for the issue.
I’ll never recommend him to anyone. On top of how disturbing this situation was, I needed my chair and ottoman washed for my baby’s nursery. I was excited to finally be able to get this done to complete the room. But it’s not worth being treated that way. I’ll find someone else.

After shopping around, I came across many raves in the local community page so I decided to check out yelp reviews and sure enough they were just as good, so I went ahead and booked my service. Chuck was quick to respond and gave me a very reasonable quote on 3 rooms plus a rug and some chairs. Communication was always quick and transparent which I very much appreciate. The day of service he and his assistant arrived on time. Very pleasant ppl to talk to and they did a magnificent job. I could not be happier with the service and absolutely recommended this company.
