This is a fantastic company to use. Quick affordable and the two ladies they sent out today were absolutely amazing. I've been going through a rough patch and I'm currently disabled in these ladies went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Great service! They were able to send a cleaner to our place an hour after we called on a Saturday, and the lady came in even earlier. Cleaned everything beyond expectations. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Horrible. Asked for a “deep clean.” They finished in 2 hours on a two story house and it was still dirty and dusty. The toilet was dirty. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible service if I could give this company 0 stars I needed my house cleaned last min because my regular cleaners were booked and I wanted my house cleaned before my landlord did my walk through. Requested a basic clean 450$ they wanted to charge me an additional 50$ for travel. They came late to my house for starters. 2 people cleaned my house in 2 hours. I have a 2 story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house they left my house still dirty. When I got home to see my house I informed the owner my house is still dirty and provided photos. She said she had no one available to come today. I requested half the amount I paid she offered me 50$. I would have rather paid my dog 450$ to lick the floor than have them clean my house again. Horrible service terrible customer service by owner.

I recently hired Sparkling Touch Cleaners, who services the Tracy, California area to clean the house I was renting in preparation for a move out inspection. They sub-contracted the job out to Ye Old Cleaning Services, and I must say; Marilyn and her assistant did an excellent job.

Not only were they professional, but they attacked the house in a systematic flow, starting from the top and working their way down as a team. Don't get me wrong, I only lived in the house for two years and did my part to ensure that the house was left in a better state than what I received it in.

You could tell that Marilyn and her assistant worked well together as they bounced around each other working together to tackle certain parts of the house, but would break off to tackle other parts individually. The two of them tackled the 2k+ sqft of house in just over 5 hours, which would have been faster, but they were short one additional cleaning lady. The price paid was also reasonable for the amount of house cleaned.

If you are in the Northern California area and are in need of house cleaning, I recommend giving Sparkling Touch Cleaners a call, but specifically ask for Marilyn and her crew. I have no doubt that anyone that Sparkling Touch sends out will be professional and get the job done, but I know what Ye Old Cleaners (and I'm sure the name might be off a little) can do.

Seamless gutters are the way to go. A house without gutters could lead to foundation and soil erosion problems.

Forgot to put us on the schedule after confirming with her days in advance and didn’t show up, rescheduled only for her to be so many hours late that we had to reschedule again, then claimed she showed up on time and no one answered the door (never heard a knock) and left 5 minutes after the agreed upon time because she said she had another appointment to get to and when we called to ask where she was she hung up on us.

Norma and her assistant really helped me out of a jam. They were on time, very thorough. I would highly recommend there services!

She Waste my 2 days, not on time at all she say 10 minutes and comes after 1 hour and blames the traffic 😏 last day I wait almost 6 hours and end of the day she changed the time again and finally she said call another company. She only wants cash… waste of time don’t call her
