We had a very disappointing experience with Singh & Air. I contacted Preet to get an estimate for replacing all the ducts in my home, rodent proofing, disinfection, and minor attic cleaning. An estimator (not Preet) came out, and we agreed to proceed. We received a written estimate that included all the work discussed and stated a two-year warranty.
Before the work began, I confirmed multiple times with Preet that all ducts—upstairs and downstairs—would be replaced. He repeatedly reassured me that his team was experienced and capable of completing the job. After paying the deposit, Preet confirmed a team of four workers, as indicated on the quote, would be coming.
On the day of the job, only two workers arrived. We confirmed with them that all ducts in the home would be replaced, but due to a significant language barrier, the worker simply nodded and said, “all ducts change.” I called Preet to confirm when he would arrive, as he had said he would come at noon to check progress.
The workers began removing the old ducts from the attic, but when I asked about starting downstairs, one appeared confused and said something like, “no, I don’t know.” I immediately called Preet, who said he would arrive in a couple of hours.
Later in the day, Preet arrived, and we explained the situation. He stated that they do not replace downstairs ducts and never have. We reminded him that we had communicated the full scope of work multiple times—upstairs and downstairs duct replacement, rodent proofing, disinfection, and minor attic vacuuming—and that he had reassured us repeatedly. After discussion, he said they could not do the downstairs work and suggested we hire another company.
At payment, we explained we would not pay full price for incomplete work. We agreed to pay half the original amount for the work completed in good faith. A few days later, we hired another company to replace the downstairs ducts.
After turning on the thermostat, we noticed inconsistent airflow. Investigating the attic, I discovered that the new ducts installed by Singh Heating & Air were routed incorrectly. Tracing the ducts from the split system confirmed that the upstairs and downstairs ductwork had been mixed up (from the attic).
I called Preet immediately, who said the installers had followed the original duct layout and replaced it how they found it. I told him that we have had the same ducts in place since the house was built in the early 2000s so there is no way that is how they found it. He said they typically do not service my city but would “come by one of these days” to inspect it. When I asked for a confirmed date and time, he said he would get back to me. I also reminded him that I wanted the work they installed fixed, as the two-year warranty applies.
I gave Preet several days to respond. When I received no reply, I called him, but he did not answer. Despite multiple attempts via phone, email, and certified mail, I have received no response.
This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Singh Heating & Air must be held accountable for the work they performed.

They are awesome! My AC stopped working middle of the night, reached out to other companies, in the morning, to get my AC repaired and everyone else was unavailable or booked. Singh Heating Air got me in quickly. Very good communication and both repairmen were friendly. They explained the issue in a simple way to understand. After they fixed the issue, even texted me couple hours later to ensure everything was working fine. Good customer service. Definitely would recommend.

I had an excellent experience with their plumber and would highly recommend their services. He performed a camera inspection of the sanitary sewer line at my commercial space and provided a detailed report, including a sketch showing the sewer pipe routing and invert elevations. The documentation was extremely helpful and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise.

He arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything he found during the inspection. With over 40 years of experience, his knowledge was obvious from the moment he started the job. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided valuable insight into the condition and layout of the sewer system.

On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. It's not often you find someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and affordable all at the same time. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They tried to scam my good friends who are older living on retirement and a fixed income. They called Roto Rooter for a septic system issue a couple weeks back. One guy came out in a personal car and said he had no tools and had to wait for a co worker with the van of tools. This was on a weekend so it was astronomical rates and the guy was supposed to show up at 8pm from my understanding but he never showed up. When they called back no answer. At almost midnight he called and said I am sorry I fell asleep do you want me to come now. They said no come in the morning. He showed up late and no tools. He said he would go wait in his car for the guy with the tools. He went out to his car and about 20 min later my friends noticed he had driven off. Waited all day thinking someone was coming. Called the number they had with no answer or call back. When they finally called back they sent someone out and thought the septic back up was fixed. Two weeks later everything in the house backed up again. After spending hundreds already the wife didn’t want to call RR again but her husband jumped the gun and called. They sent someone out said they had to do $4800 of work to fix the problem. Both of our friends said no way. They were able to find a plumber who came out took a quick look and fixed it for $150. No more problems at all everything is working fine and they have a house full of people living there so it’s being tested real good. DONT call Roto Rooter they specialize in ripping people off especially on emergency calls. I have heard nothing good about this company for years and have never and will never recommend them to anyone. I question all the positive reviews because every experience someone I know who dealt with them always has a negative story to tell. Yeah I am a local reviewer who leaves honest reviews and detailed reviews. You can trust this review. And to Roto Rooter you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselfs and company for operating this way. You sell people a bill of goods making them feel like your company is the only option.

Rafael and Loreto did a great job. We hired them to clear out roots from our old cast iron pipes. We called, they offered to stop by for free a have a look for a free. A couple hours later they arrived on time and quoted us a fair price for clearing the blockage. We agreed and they got the job done. They were thorough, running their machines several times to ensure all the roots were cleared and then ran the scopes again show us everything was cleared. They were friendly, worked cleaned and were not rushing. They also gave us options for potential more permanent repairs in the future. It was pleasure working with them.

I was very impressed with the diligence of Jose. He came out the same day and I had problems with two of my toilets backing up and he was able to fix it. I can tell he truly does care about his customers. I highly recommend!!!

I've called these folks several times for different plumbing things. They did a great job with our kitchen plumbing (unclogging the drain, installing a new dishwasher, fixing the under-sink plumbing) and diagnosing and fixing a leak in the ground near our water ingress to the house. They do a great job at fixing things the right way, not just putting a band-aid on them. If something was incorrectly done in the past, they explain what they would recommend for the correct fix and why. They always do a good job at talking me through what they are going to do, before they do it so I feel like I know what to expect. Highly recommend.
