I brought my vacuum here to be fixed about a year ago. I'm a moron when it comes to machinery. The older gentleman there was so kind. He cleaned it and didn't charge me for anything. Apparently my filter was a mess and the whole machine was backed up. Gave me some advice and sent me on my way. What a dear. Thank you so much.

Excellent service! I dropped my KitchenAid mixer off yesterday afternoon and it was repaired and ready for pick up today! Very friendly father and son business! I would highly recommend.

I needed a beater for my wife's KitchenAid mixer. When I called I gave him the mixer model number and he said he had one in stock. Drove over from Illinois and bought the part without any problems. Ended up talking to Sterling for 45 minutes up until closing time about his business ventures and his retail history. Lowes, Home Depot, etc, may have the big items, but Sterling has the small parts the big box retailers don't bother to stock. Also bought a lighted Alabama Crimson Tide ballcap and picked up a free Sterling's Product Anti-Bacterial Non-scratch Scrubber.

This is my greatest Kitchen Aid stand mixer service provider and he did a great job of identifying and servicing my motor (in one day so I could take it back home with me). Thanks to him we'll be using our mixer for many years to come!

    The guy that waited on me... what a piece of work the most un-helpful person I've ever encountered. I was looking for a dough hook for a mixer and he told me I needed the model and serial number and wouldn't do anything without it. I went home to get the number, called back and he couldn't get off of the phone fast enough by telling me it was not available anymore. Well I got on the computer and had it bought and on it's way to my house in less than 15 minutes. I wrote to Kitchenaid and they responded;

Thank you for visiting the KitchenAid web site! We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.

Please, don't worry. We still have your dough hook. It is item number K5BDH and may be ordered by calling our number below or through the following web link which you may copy and paste to your browser.

Lesson learned... stay far away from Crestwood Appliance deadbeats, don't waste your time, go somewhere else!

I came here to get some parts for a last minute repair for my wife’s stand mixer. Got what I needed and made the repair, was good as new. I’ve heard about great service for the people who also drop off their appliances!

Our 90's Kitchen Aid blender broke on Christmas day while trying to mix drinks. Brought it in after the holiday and was able to get it fixed while we waited. Back like new and mixing/blending like new.

I was given their name and number from Kitchen Aid. He fixed my 4 year old counter top mixer the same day, at much less cost than Kitchen Aid would have charged, and no freight charges or 6 week turnaround. He also had a dough blade attachment that had been discontinued for my old food processor . Highly recommended, mixer operates better than new.

I took in my 15 year old Kitchen Aid mixer because it was leaking grease and it was bouncing. The gentleman was very direct but friendly. He told me what it needed and gave me a price. Then he asked where I lived, when I told him Illinois, he asked if I could waste a couple of hours and that he would have it ready. I returned 2 hours later, it was ready and there were no additional fees. My mixer now runs like new and I am hoping to get another 15 years out of it. I am glad that I braved the bad reviews and made the drive.

Called to get info before I dropped off my kitchenaid mixer- was a little short but went today and was happy with everything! The repairman asked where I was coming from and I stated St. Peters. He said he could have it ready in 90 minutes which made me happy because I figured it would take a day or two! The owner was very friendly. I would go back again!!

The best thing I can say about this place is that they did get the job done and relatively quickly - I brought in my mixer in the evening one day (right before close) and it was ready in the morning the following day. However, the price I was charged is pretty outrageous.

These guys open at 8:30AM and called me by 10:30AM to say my mixer was done. That means that if all they did was work on my mixer that morning (unlikely) then it took them 2 hours to complete the work.

The work that was completed was listed as; 'tightening motor,' 'fueled grease,' 'adjusted speeds,' and 'clean [something I can't read].' The charge for parts (presumably the grease) is listed as $36.98 - which I don't have a problem with. However, the labor cost is then listed as $100.

$100 for one employee doing two hours of work? I thought I had a well-paying job, but I certainly don't make $50/hour. I guess I'm in the wrong business.

And honestly, after getting my mixer home, it still doesn't sound the same as it did before the issues I brought it in for. Unfortunately, I'd probably still use these guys again though because they are literally the only small appliance repair I could find in the area. Kitchenaide confirmed they are an authorized repair shop - but I suppose it was wishful thinking to assume that would result in better service.

The bowl on my Kitchen Aid mixer was stuck. I took it in and the gentleman had it released in about 3 minutes. No charge. They repair so many items. I will return and recommend to my family & friends.

Looking for a part for a 30+ year old electric oven and by golly they had it! Great long time shop, reliable and super easy to get to. Located on Watson Road in Crestwood. Awesome and friendly staff. Took my son there years ago to check out NASCAR collectibles. We will definitely be repeat customers when we are looking. Thank you!

Brought in my 70's era Kitchen aid mixer that had stopped working. I was quickly greeted, given a estimate, and service ticket all within a few minutes. The guy was friendly and efficient. I told him I was in no rush to get it back, but service was completed in about 24 hours. I got my mixer home and had a small issue with it, called them the next day and after discussing was asked to bring it back. I took my mixer in, he looked it over, found a small drop of grease that ended up in the wrong spot and was quickly resolved. I'm very happy with the service and will for sure return with any similar needed repairs.

This place was fantastic! I use my kitchen aid mixer for so much, and it has been acting up for a while. Not many places do small appliance repairs. A gear on my mixer broke. The person working was able to repair it in less than 3 hours for $150. Fixed the stand attachment and replaced the metal ring around the mixer head I lost years ago in a move.

Granted, the part is only around $30-$35. But the fact is I didn't have to ship it to kitchenaid. Wait 3-6 weeks for a diagnosis, estimate, wait for repairs to be completed, and maybe save myself a few dollars. Besides, I know I can't repair it myself, so it was worth it.

Plus, they have a fun assortment of toy cars and planes. Used mixers that are basically new for cost-effective prices and a wide assortment of vintage glass dishes. Very unique store, and I will keep them in mind for future repairs.

I bake about 50 dozen cookies around the holidays for family, friends and business associates. My KitchenAide mixer broke, and I was really dreading making that many cookies by hand. I worried that I wouldn't get it back from the shop until after Christmas. They had it fixed the very same day and it's running beautifully. So happy!!! They were super nice and showed me how to prevent from breaking it again. Also, a great place to buy gifts for my nephews since they also sell really cool toy cars.

I had an appointment scheduled, but despite multiple attempts to contact your company on the day of the appointment, I did not receive a response. I empathize with the individual who conveyed that a technician would be in touch. If a service cannot be provided, it would be more appropriate to communicate that directly rather than having clients adjust their schedules and wait for an unfulfilled appointment. Unfortunately had to put a star to be able to post.

By all accounts, this AC repair service was first-rate. The serviceman was prompt in his arrival, thorough in his diagnosis, and effective in fixing my air conditioner. My house is at a comfortable temperature again, and the unit is functioning properly presently.
