To say disappointing is an understatement. This was a service that we wanted with them returning weekly. The initial clean was pretty costly (nearly $950) with 3 showing up and only 2 actually did but we’re thinking the cost was indicative of the level of service we were going to receive. Upon arrival (which they were late) a lady gets out of her car and throws a cigarette on the ground. 3 hours into the cleaning we stopped by the house to drop some groceries off and put away…we talked with them and asked them to put dirty clothes on the washing machine and if they find any dishes in the kids room to put them in the sink (nothing unreasonable) and to throw away the garbage. 4 hours into the cleaning service we receive a text that this isn’t what they want and they don’t pickup and that they don’t want the job. They walked from the house leaving chemicals in the oven and the bathrooms and the house in a worse state than when we left. They walked from the house. Feeling violated and be aware.

Paulina and Tracy do such a great job! I have never had anyone clean my home before until now and wow they impressed me. She also did several deep cleans for my family’s homes and we all thought she did a great job. Highly recommended

Worst company to hire.
Dont do it.
Don't try to say you don't have me in your schedule.I use a different name for reviews. Two women came(blonde and two toned hair girl), with their cleaning items in trash bags. Proceeded to put my items that were around my home in trash bags. This cleaning company DOES NOT do basic or deep cleaning. They put everything in piles and call it a day. They show up late and leave early.

I’ve absolutely loved my service with Sunflower Cleaning! I did a full deep cleaning and then biweekly cleanings thereafter. The owner is the sweetest and truly goes above and beyond. Very personable and thorough in the work that they do.

Paulina and her crew did a fantastic job for us. We needed frequent cleanings to help keep our home ready for walk throughs when we put it up for sale. They were always flexible, polite and thorough. I would highly recommend.

I could not be more impressed with Sunflower Cleaning company. I have been in the vacation rental management company for 15 years and Cleaners have always been the biggest challenge. My son was getting married at my in-laws large Estate in the Turlock area, so I chose this cleaning service because of their high ratings. They did not disappoint! I have never had such positive, detailed, thorough, Flexible cleaners to work with! The only downside is they don’t live in my area So I can’t use Their services more often! Thank you for taking on this project and making my load lighter! You are awesome!

I highly recommend Sunflower Cleaning. They did such a great job, I was left speechless. I wasn't even expecting the results that I got because I was thinking I'll probably have to go back in myself considering the condition of certain things or how other cleaners have worked out for me in the past, but I was so wrong. I'm glad they could prove me wrong. Paulina is very professional and kind, she is also responsive and punctual. I really appreciated Tracy's work as well. She was very friendly and did an excellent job alongside Paulina. They are wonderful and make a great team. I would definitely use their services in the future. I wish I had taken before and after pics to show how amazing their work is and why others should hire them as well. Their work is worth it and offered me such a relief during a hectic time.

I would give zero stars if I could - including 1 star in order to leave a review. I usually don't leave reviews, but felt obligated to save others from the experience we had. We trusted them with our home and deeply regret it. At the end of December of 2025, we hired Sunflower Cleaning for a move-out clean of our home before renting it out. We usually do our own cleaning, but due to unforeseen issues, were unable to finish. While the company was initially responsive, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. A little over an hour after they got to our house (around 9am), they sent us an invoice for the full cleaning service. No photos of the completed job were provided, which was the first red flag. We then asked for photos as proof the job was completed. We didn't hear anything until later that evening when we received a handful of photos. From what we could see from the few photos, the house appeared clean, including the floor still being wet. However, from the photos, it was clearly dark outside. Not sure why an invoice was sent in the morning when the photos with cleaning still in process were sent later in the evening. Not sure what would have happened if we had simply paid the invoice upon receipt earlier in the day without asking for proof. Regardless, after sending the few photos they took, they then asked us to pay immediately. While we were hoping to have someone go out to the home the following day to take a look before paying, our household had a miscommunication and the invoice was paid before we could verify the job had been adequately done. The next day, a friend stopped by to check out the house since we were no longer in the area and that is when we discovered the cleaning was subpar, incomplete, and (most significantly) that our stainless steel stove had been badly scratched (see attached). When we confronted the company about the stove damage, they claimed it was already scratched—even though we had before photos showing otherwise (see attached). The individual we spoke to was immediately very defensive. They also claimed they had their own photos as proof but failed to provide them when asked. Further, clearly unaware we had already paid, they then demanded we pay them immediately and threatened to sue us and place a lien on our home due to services being rendered and us refusing to pay. While this is actually not an accurate recitation of the law (there is an exception to paying for services when services weren't fully performed and/or property was damaged), the fact that they threatened to file a lawsuit against us and place a lien on our home—despite having damaged our property—was completely inappropriate and a clear intimidation to force us into paying. Also, a professional cleaning company should know what cleaners to use on stainless steel. I have owned stainless steel appliances my entire life and know what cleaners to use. So, while future potential customers can take what they want from this review, I have never had an issue with cleaning any of our appliances and have special cleaning products to avoid damaging them. I also feel the attached photos clearly show the scratches are very recent. We shouldn't have paid them before verifying, but we did and when we attempted to stop payment less than 24 hours after making the payment, we discovered the third-party vendor they required us to use made it impossible to stop or dispute the payment through our bank. This is another serious warning for future customers. BofA could do nothing to help us even though the 3rd party vendor was through BofA. Another red flag to allow them to avoid accountability. We ultimately had to spend an additional two hours cleaning ourselves just to make the home rental-ready and were left with over $300 in damages to our new stove. We chose not to pursue small claims only because we were no longer local. In sum, this company demonstrated poor workmanship, zero accountability, intimidation over payment, and questionable billing practices. Would absolutely not recommend. Please take your business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, because of someone having Covid in my house I wasn't able to use them but will as soon as all is Ok. They were very understanding and refunded me very quickly. Just from the few times speaking with them I'm giving 4 ⭐. Will rate again after they are able to come in to clean.

This is a vary professional and trust worthy company. The crew are vary polite respectful, and they take pride in what they do. I purchased the First Time Cleaning for my new apartment and the second I walked in I could smell the scent of deep cleaning. I was so happy and thankful for the hard work and time Krystal and her crew took in bathrooms/shower and the kitchen cabinets even had a sheen I couldn't get. Not going to be waiting to book next appointment- I'm so grateful to you guys
