They were supposed to do deep clean. I got basic if that. No dusting no moving things around they just cleaned around it. I had a list for them they closed book and didn't look. I asked for two people ONLY, they sent 3. I asked for mask to be worn throughout the cleaning they didn't. They were BAREFOOT throughout the entire house and time cleaning. I reserved a five he cleaning they said after three hours they ONLY had three hours. I said there's more to be done. They said you can have your money back and they were leaving. My money has already been taken out and my house is t clean! 420$!!!

The owner of Krystal Clear Cleaning is an amazing lady. Move over other cleaning services this woman knows what she's doing. Outstanding service, intuitive awareness regarding the customer's needs. We had a big one day job moving a bunch of boxes and furniture into storage..Katie was fabulous! She was motivated, self starting and eager to get the work done. We found her easy to work with and nice to be around. The staff were great a when we booked, too...This was just a great experience!

Krystal Clear Cleaning is fast friendly and efficient! I have her come twice a month and her and her team always do a great job! Out of all the cleaning services I've had in the past hers is the most detailed by far! They even do window washing!

I paid $230 and places they advertise they will clean, they didn’t. The company was leaving as I tried to run through the house and see the work and saw they didn’t clean my daughter’s mirror dresser or nightstand. I called them back in to clean which they did but then saw the mirrors weren’t cleaned after they officially left. Way, way to expensive to not complete the job! Will not go through this company again and do not recommend. I would also like some type of compensation but that wasn’t offered to me from the company. Make the cleaners wait outside for the floors to dry to do a final walk through with the client before leaving!

Michelle from Cleaning Queens 209 was very professional and methodic. She left my place so clean you could eat off of the floor. She's the best in the west and better than the rest.

Very good and attention to details. I had them come in for a deep cleaning and they did a fantastic job. My wife is very picky and when she did her walk through she was very impressed. They were able to get all the calcium build up off the shower doors that we thought were ruin. I would highly recommend them.

I liked Michele the first time I talked to her on the phone. She was friendly and offered to get my house started quickly. We were moving after living 20years in this home so I was completely overwhelmed. Michele and Janet whooshed in and asked me what I wanted them to do. I just didn’t know where to start so they just started in different rooms and I was amazed by their focus and intensity!! They came the day the photographer was going to be taking pictures and helped clear things. Michele brought plastic totes to help me organize better for packing and unpacking. 😍. They are honest, hardworking and some of the sweetest gals that I have been fortunate to meet. Also they traveled from Turlock/Modesto to Lodi for us!!!’ Thank you Michele and Janet!!!! But not done with y’all yet!!!🧐🤨. Oh and they even did some “staging” for me!!! They are the WHOLE package!!!

Michelle at The Cleaning Queens is amazing! My mom needed her home deep cleaned to get it on the market, and she never could have done it without Michelle! There was so much to be done, but each and every part of the house was cleaned thoroughly. The results were incredible and the whole place was was transformed. Michelle was so kind and supportive during a stressful time. We cannot more highly recommend this company.

Tony and and his crew just cleaned a rental for us that had 5 years of neglect. We are so happy with the results. They were able to get the toilets, bathtub, floors, and windows to look almost new. All the appliances were completely cleaned. The walls, vents, and light fixtures were also thoruoghly washed. Cabinets were left spotless. They worked fast and tirelessly to help us get this house ready to move-in ASAP. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is truly Next Level. I hired Next Level to clean a mobile home that I needed to sell. It had been neglected for years and cleaning was a huge job. But Tony came in with his helper, spent the entire day there and what a huge difference! Everything is spotless, all the light fixtures, sinks, toilets, walls, blinds, everything. Tony is great to work with and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again!
