From first contact, Pete was amazing. Professional, informative, & prompt. I explained all my concerns and wants, and sent photos of each room via text so he could see what I was referring to, he went over all details with me, and made me feel comfortable and content with his services, I set up a cleaning appointment. They arrived right on time, asked if it was ok to park where they could better access my home with their van unit, and even wiped their feet before coming in. Pete explain the cleaning products, how the process would go, and how long it would take. He did a walk through of all the rooms, paid attention to every inch of each room. I have a 7 month old puppy who had her accidents, which I explained and showed Pete. He went through with their black light, and showed me spots I didn’t even know about or smell! He didn’t rush me through the process, didn’t push extra cleaning, and didn’t make me feel dumb when he found extra pee spots. Ugh. He is not to gouge you on price either, he truly is here to help you have cleaner floors in your home! My carpets and tile looks new! I’m shocked and so happy! I thought with my cleaning habits (being OCD), was doing the job! Nope. Not even close to how clean Pete and his crew made everything look! I have found our permanent floor cleaners! If I can give more stars I would. Second time using them and will do it again. I surprised them with two extra bathrooms that were not included in the initial estimate. Without any hesitation they jumped upstairs and made it look good!

I couldn't recommend ASAP enough. Pete and his coworker did an amazing job. They were punctual, professional and, best of all, the carpet looks amazing! They even threw in cleaning an area rug for free. Fast and and friendly, they were in and out in less than an hour leaving my carpet looking better than I've ever seen. Highly recommend!

He came in less than 24 hours of my phone call! Very easy to talk to, work with and was very genuine and trust worthy. He was able to clean all carpets very quickly and did it while we were going out of town so when we came back it would be dry. 10/10 in all areas. Thanks ASAP!

These guys have been cleaning our carpets for a couple years now every six months and they’re consistently the best. Much better than the previous company, smells amazing, and leaves the carpet fluffy and soft. The two gentlemen that came were so kind, silly, and easygoing. I hired Pete with ASAP Carpet Cleaning to come and clean the tile floors in my home. Not only did his service noticeably brighten the tile, the grout's original taupe (tan) color came back, which was very impressive --- far better than I expected.. Pete and his team were on time, friendly and delivered excellent results.

Fantastic Experience! They were on time and worked quickly (my entire house got done in 1 hour), but weren't rushing it. Carpet looks fantastic and isn't sopping wet. Great pricing too!
