Joey is so sweet and knowledgeable! He's really not in it for the money, he truly wants to ensure people are safe and receive good quality work. We had someone mess up the bathtub previously and he did not feel comfortable installing the grab bars. He told us to fix the issue and then he'll come back. Which I was unaware the bathtub was not done correctly so I appreciated his input. Can't say enough good things about him!

Excellent service and communication. Highly recommended for any bar installation needs. Joey was able to quote and complete the job quickly and it looks great. We had been searching for someone to install Grab Bars in our 3 bathrooms. Joey was referred to us by our family friend. He reached out to me with quotes and an install date. I can not recommend OC Grab Bars enough. We needed to install some bars in our shower pretty quickly and Joey was able to come out and help us choose what would work best for my grandfather. OC Grab Bars did a great job installing the grab bars in our shower and by our toilet. I had no idea who would be the best company to install them. A quick search on Yelp gave me the top 10 and they were no. 1. I called on a Tueday and they were able to work with my schedule and install by Friday. Timing was critical due to my wife’s hip injury on Monday, who was then rushed by ambulance to the hospital, and needed these bars installed by Friday when she was scheduled to be released. There are times when a 5/5 star review isn't enough, and that is the case for OC Grab Bars and Joey. We initially called them to install grab bars in bathrooms, and Joey did an excellent job with placement and installation.
As Joey was leaving, I asked him if he could help with a decaying wooden rail on a handicap ramp leading to the front door. He said he could, and came back with a design for a modular aluminum rail system which would be bolted into the concrete ramp, making it much more stable and safer than the old wooden rail. The installation was a two day process (one day in the rain), but Joey got the system installed and it looks great, and is a big improvement over the wood rail.

OC Grab Bars did a great job for us, and I highly recommend them for any accessibility needs, not just bathroom handrails.

This is the second time we have used OC Grab Bars. The first time was to install Grab Bars in our bathrooms. What a fantastic job! Not a crack in our tile (My wife was quite concerned). And the cleanup was wonderful. Not a spec left in either bathroom.

This time we had OC Grab bar replace a ramp in our garage. Again, Joey did a bang up job. So much better than the old ramp.
