My husband was scheduled for surgery that we knew would require several months—possibly up to half a year—of recovery, so we wanted to be as prepared as possible. When we first spoke with Joey just to get information, he took the time to explain the various types of grab bars, safety requirements, sizes, colors, and additional options.
Within just a few days, he came out for installation and helped us choose what would best fit our needs. He installed two grab bars in our shower and one at each of the backyard entrances where there are steps. A few weeks later, he returned to install a safety rail along the steps at our front porch entrance.

Whenever I needed him, he was there. He was always reachable by phone or in person, and his reassuring phrase quickly became something I counted on: “Ma’am, it’s no problem. We’ll take care of it.” And they always did.

We were looking to remodel our bathroom and came accros a flyer from Cabinet Flooring and bath Design. we contacted Bruce for an estimate and were pleased with him for not trying to make a quick sale and left us plenty of time to think about it, in the mean time we got a few other estimates and were discouraged by these used car salesmen tactics of trying to force you to sign a contract on the spot for an extra discount.
